"I was seeking accommodation in Lagos, traveling from London, for a two-night stay. The hotel proved challenging to locate due to an imprecise address provided on their website. Upon arrival, I encountered a front desk attendant who did not speak English, necessitating the use of a translation application for communication. My assigned room was well-maintained; however, it lacked television channel subscriptions. Furthermore, the absence of an in-room intercom system meant that any service requests required a two-floor descent to the reception area. It became apparent that the hotel's primary clientele likely consists of Chinese or Asian visitors to Nigeria, suggesting a potential oversight in catering to a broader international guest base. On a positive note, the hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, and a lounge area. The check-out process was exceptional, as the hotel arranged for a driver and vehicle to transport me to the airport, a service I rate highly. Despite the somewhat elevated pricing, I would consider utilizing this hotel again. The hotel is situated within a tranquil residential estate, offering a peaceful environment free from noise, though also lacking in ambient music. I recommend that management consider implementing television viewing options, employing a local staff member proficient in English, and diversifying their menu to include local cuisine."

My only reservation was booking the room with breakfast, lunch and dinner not knowing their menu list was all Chinese meals but when I complained they only provided me with just 1 English meal for lunch. I enjoyed their breakfast. They should do well to provide generally acceptable meals. I would have saved money and booked only the room with just a breakfast option. Apart from the meals, the place is good place to be for relaxation."

"I went in to this hotel upon strong recommendation from a friend, I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. I stayed in the Royal Suite which was everything I expected and more. The staff were very friendly, professional and courteous. The entire hotel is very clean, the rooms nicely appointed and the decor very fitting. The gym met my workout needs. The breakfast options are somewhat limited, but one could always find something to eat from the buffet. The restaurant serves very good food for lunch and dinner, my guests and I enjoyed all the food we ordered. The TV channels definitely need to be clearer and finally the hotel needs to do away with the cheap toilet papers in the toilets/bathrooms. These are the reasons for not getting 5 points. I will definitely return to the hotel anytime I am back in Lagos"

"Spacious rooms and quite clean. Very helpful housekeeping staff. Dirty water in the swimming pool. At the reception they are a bit too slow and a bit too shy, but always trying to satisfy any requests. Food in the restaurant is always the same and not particularly impressive. The most of the time they take very long time to deliver in the room, or just need a very long time to take your order. Actually if they are busy doing some paper works, they ignoring you util you don't request attention. Definitely they need to improve their customer service. Pay attention to the dirty tables keep the terrace organised and be more efficient. We want to thank the new joiner for his different service Mr. Omo, you are the best"

"This hotel was absolutely awful. The rooms were small, outdated, dirty and smelt of damp air. There was no toilet seat in one of the rooms. The rim of the toilet basin was left exposed . There was rusty water dripping on the towels . Every time we went to have our food in the dining room there would be other guests smoking at the tables . The food was limited , there would be rice and noodles for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Because of all the wonderful reviews this hotel received , we had booked it for 19 days, but we left 2 days later. There is no way this hotel can be classified as a five star hotel!!!!!"
