Super propre Personnel très agréable Chambre confortable

It's the second time we have stayed in this hotel. Our room was not huge but clean and comfortable for a few nights. It was quiet. While we did not have the hotel breakfast, there is a coffee machine available in the entrance hall. It is well located at 10 minutes from the city centre and 20 minutes from the dune du pilat. The parking is a bonus.

Having stayed here for a few days I can only describe the hotel as average at best. To describe the positives first: friendly staff, codes for the doors meaning no concern over lost key cards, and free parking. For the rest…. We had a plus room but there was nothing plus about them except the Nespresso machine, which we were given 3 capsules for 3 nights stay between two of us, and of course the fact we were given an extra towel and a hairdryer. Size wise the room was smaller than I’d expect for something described as a plus room but had all the amenities needed including somewhere to hang clothes and a shower. The air conditioning advertised came on for 1 minute every 30 minutes and while there was a thermostat in the room, the unit could not be controlled by us to get it to blow out constantly or cold enough leading us to be too hot for the whole stay, even in April, this lead to poor quality of sleep. With the window open you can dulcetly be put to sleep by the constant noise from the motorway though. The bed is the typical European very firm but on the positive the double bed was actually a double and not too singles pushed together. Breakfast was 10.95€ per person per day which for continental breakfast seemed steep however there are plenty of cafes and bakeries within a short drive which serve good coffee and food choices for breakfast for cheaper. It was our first experience of hotel b&b brand and in all honesty it will be our last. While the option was the cheapest in the area, there was a good reason for that. Personally had we been aware of the standard of the hotel more before booking I’d have paid more for a more comfortable accommodation with controllable air con and a softer bed.

Nice and convenient. Family room, plenty of space. Good location for the Dune du Pilat & Arcachon. Interesting area that we are looking forward to visiting, I will check if you have vacancies nearer the time. My thoughts go to you all, your staff, & all affected by the fires, the wildlife & especially the brave pompiers, the best of health and safety.

L'accueil a été très agréable ! Nous avons pu mettre nos blocs de glace au congélateur pour la nuit. Nous étions avec notre bébé qui a pu gambader dans le jardin clôturé devant l'hôtel, une chaise haute nous a été prêtée pour le petit déjeuner. La chambre, agréable, était suffisamment spacieuse pour accueillir le lit parapluie, était très propre et le lit confortable (merci la clim avec ces chaleurs!). Nous étions au troisième étage et avec la fenêtre fermée c'était vraiment très calme. Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon. Encore merci au personnel de l'hôtel pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité, vous avez été aux petits soins pour nous.

Hotel propre qualitatif et pas trop mal situé. Petit dejeuner cher et tres moyen. Les oeufs brouillé et le bacon ont baissé de qualité. Ce ne sont que du gras. Litterie bonne chambre silencieuse facillité d acces. Pas de borne de charge ehicule electrique dommage

En vacance en famille, réservation de dernière minute, très bon rapport qualité prix, la chambre très spacieuse et propre. La literie confortable. Merci à l’équipe pour son accueil très agréable, le buffet du petit déjeuner lui aussi était de qualité. Nous avons passé un bon séjour! Merci !

Situado en una zona muy bonita, llena de pinos y vegetación. Su aspecto exterior es de colores. Tiene parking gratuito no cubierto. La habitación la encontré muy básica, estrictamente lo justo. El cuarto de baño es muy, muy pequeño. Las camas son cómodas para dormir. Abajo aparte de la zona para las comidas hay máquina de café. La apertura de habitaciones funciona por código.

Gran hotel para alojarse cerca de Arcachón (a unos 15 minutos en coche). En una zona repleta de actividades (parque acuático, un pequeño lago, bosque, etc.) y una gran ubicación para ver todo lo que ofrece la bahía de Arcachon (la duna de pilat se encuentra a tan solo 15 minutos en coche desde el hotel). Habitaciones limpias, amplias, cómodas y silenciosas... y con parking gratuito... muy recomendable
