Room is a bit small but Kyoto in general doesn't have the same type of hotel as a big city like Tokyo/Osaka WIth that said the room was clean, staff were professional, decor was nice, what more can you ask for.

Only first time trying this hotel. Surprisingly got free upgrade to their best suite for our silver wedding anniversary! All hotel staff we’ve come across are very cheerful & helpful and made us feel so warm at our stay. Room service is also of very high quality at reasonable price range 🥰

Every hotel member is really friendly and helpful, from restaurant reservation to sightseeing route. The room is clean and well-equipped. Our 8-day stay has been very welcoming.

Amazing place! We loved the food, the service quality, proximity to the temples, museums, malls and convenience stores. The staff were very kind and extremely helpful. The stay was peaceful and memorable. Thank you Hyatt Regency.

由於設施老了,入住這天空調不製冷。但服務還算可以的,當天由於滿房,馬上就換了同等級的房間,次日安排了一間升級房間。但美中不足的是發現房間的床單上有血漬,又叫服務員把被單換掉,搞到很晚才睡。 酒店的氛圍+早飯是無可挑剔的,服務也不錯的。

酒店有些太舊了,房間衞生有問題,我們大人都感覺眼睛不舒服,第一天女兒洗完澡結膜炎了,第二天兒子也結膜炎了。還好附近有葯店,買了眼葯水。酒店的服務很差,要個推車,15分鐘沒人來。唯一不錯的是早餐,樣式豐富,還能點餐。但也不會再來了

為了去博物館方便、位置還不錯!早餐還OK!房間麼 安排在一個“不見天日”窗外是走廊的地方、因為太累了 就兩晚、懶得換了!隔音很差很差、很晚了還有各種嬉笑聊天的聲音…

房間算大的,定凱悦是因為地理位置離我想去的三十三間堂和京都國立博物館都非常近。服務就是凱悦的標準服務,全球差別都不大。早餐衹有班尼迪克蛋好吃,凱悦系的早餐我衹愛班尼迪克蛋

서비스가 친절하고 좋았다. 식당의 메뉴가 다양하고, 수준이 뛰어났으며 직원들이 매우 친절하였다. 객실도 유지관리가 잘 되어있다.
