Ulasan Hotel Monterey Kyoto

Hotel tidak dapat menemukan pemesanan saya dan sebagai hasilnya kami menghabiskan cukup banyak waktu untuk check-in, tetapi akhirnya hal itu terselesaikan. Staf ramah dan kamar bersih. Kamar mandi Anda harus memegang nosel atau akan menyemprot ke seluruh kamar mandi, yang agak mengganggu. Tempat tidur agak keras, tapi saya pribadi suka kasur yang sedikit lebih lembut tapi mendukung. AC memiliki cahaya yang sangat terang sehingga sulit untuk tidur jika unit menyala di malam hari.

Hotelnya bagus! Dengan staf yang hebat dan ramah! Lokasi berada di sisi yang lebih tenang tetapi dekat dengan berbagai tempat menarik di Kyoto. Kamar relatif kecil tapi cukup bagus untuk keluarga kecil!

Convenient and fast check in. Clean room as expected of Japan standard. Bathtub was a plus because it's size is bigger than Japan bathtub size. Will book next time I will visit Kyoto.

Have stayed in Hotel Monterey Kyoto many times. Most are still the same. Our love to the Hotel unchanged.

The location was good, in the middle of Karasuma, close to Nishiki Market and Daimaru, and there were many nice shops nearby. There were chairs and a table in the room, and it felt clean and relaxing. The staff were also nice and had a good sense of distance. I went there by car, and the parking lot was conveniently located next door.It was 2,000 yen per night and you could use it until 3pm the next day, making it convenient for walking around town after checking out. I was able to relax at the spa by enjoying the large public bath at night and in the morning. I would like to stay there again when I go to Kyoto.

Very good location, car parking machine is relatively advance but a bit slow, onsen is good (you could not expect more in city hotel), breakfast is also good

We really love the place. all that we need were provided. Comfy. Clean. Ancient vibe. We love the food as well. We love The Hotel Montereyl Group. We're currently staying here at Hotel Monterey le Frere Osaka. This is our second time here. Five stars! We will definitely recommend and book again in the future.

Very good experience to stay this hotel. Close to 祗園，very new hotel.

Good location. Metro only a minute away, city centre about 10 minute walk. Friendly service. But our check in took far too long. We arrived too early, around 11am, so had to leave our luggage and return later. Came back after 5pm and had to take a number and wait 20minutes to be served. To then only be told our room is not ready. Very frustrating. We had to wait another 20 minutes. Which we thought was not great as obviously they will not clean our room well enough. We waited in the bar. And were offered nothing as a sorry. The rooms are small and dark. And very hot and stuffy. We did not sleep well first night as the air con is not sufficient. Maybe blocked up with dust, which added to the stuffiness. Thank goodness had an opening window. I like a firm bed, but this was so firm it felt almost like sleeping in the floor. Pillows were too firm also. One high firm pillow, one low firm pillow. So I suffered from stiff back and neck the following mornings. The shower, oh dear.. must be made for tiny Japanese people. We are tall New Zealanders. So this was uncomfortable. The shower head was odd, did not sit in the wall socket well and only sprayed water over to the back wall, which then soaked the floor. Showering was messy. It was however nice and quiet, so appreciate that.
