Hotel tidak dapat menemukan pemesanan saya dan sebagai hasilnya kami menghabiskan cukup banyak waktu untuk check-in, tetapi akhirnya hal itu terselesaikan. Staf ramah dan kamar bersih. Kamar mandi Anda harus memegang nosel atau akan menyemprot ke seluruh kamar mandi, yang agak mengganggu. Tempat tidur agak keras, tapi saya pribadi suka kasur yang sedikit lebih lembut tapi mendukung. AC memiliki cahaya yang sangat terang sehingga sulit untuk tidur jika unit menyala di malam hari.

Hotelnya bagus! Dengan staf yang hebat dan ramah! Lokasi berada di sisi yang lebih tenang tetapi dekat dengan berbagai tempat menarik di Kyoto. Kamar relatif kecil tapi cukup bagus untuk keluarga kecil!

Onsen must pay 2,200 ¥ extra per time . No laundry machines inside the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and toilet are equipped with bathtub . Location is quite convenient about 5 minutes from metro and neighborhood is pleasant to stay . Rates were reasonable for weekdays and if you don’t want to enjoy hotel facilities it is a good option.

The best location, you can visit many attractions by walking from hotel!! There is hot springs in hotel, but you need to pay for extra fee. The AC in room didn’t work, we have to sleep without blanket, otherwise we cannot sleep.

As usual, Hotel Monterey Kyoto provided superior service. My room was clean and spacious and I enjoyed the ocha and coffee provided. The water from the tap is not good though, so be sure to buy bottled water to drink and to make hot drinks. Access to bus and subway is excellent making this my only place to stay when I go to Kyoto.

Excellent services. The hotel has a hot spring bath which is free to hotel guests. After the bath, one can stay in the relaxation lounge which has good view of the city skyline. It offers complementary soft drinks and beer.

The family room is spacious even with 4 beds. There are 2 bathrooms - 1 full and 1 half bath, which was extremely useful for large families! The staff were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Convenient and fast check in. Clean room as expected of Japan standard. Bathtub was a plus because it's size is bigger than Japan bathtub size. Will book next time I will visit Kyoto.

The location was good, in the middle of Karasuma, close to Nishiki Market and Daimaru, and there were many nice shops nearby. There were chairs and a table in the room, and it felt clean and relaxing. The staff were also nice and had a good sense of distance. I went there by car, and the parking lot was conveniently located next door.It was 2,000 yen per night and you could use it until 3pm the next day, making it convenient for walking around town after checking out. I was able to relax at the spa by enjoying the large public bath at night and in the morning. I would like to stay there again when I go to Kyoto.
