中國人不騙中國人，此酒店是我有史以來在中國+日本兩個國家住過的最差的，沒有之一，就是最差的。小不小的就不説了，也不知道咋裝修的，味道這麼大，一股濃濃的甲醛味道，簡直是把客户當人型過濾器，進門沒到5分鐘就開始嗓子都疼，鼻炎都犯了。實在沒有辦法衹有打開窗户睡覺，味道依然無法忍受，半夜4點都沒睡着。以至於第二天迅速搬離。 此酒店周邊有很多價格差不多，但是條件好很多的酒店，千萬別住這個酒店，真的，聽勸。一塌糊塗。

The hotel is very nice! We enjoyed our stay there. The location is great. Not far from the Kyoto station but also only a bus away from Arashiyama etc which is very convenient. It was clean, all amenities including bathrobes were provided. It was small but I was able to open my bug suitcase, you just have to use one half and then the second half of the suitcase which was fine!

A Mixed Mariot hotel Staff were super friendly and location wise its central Kyoto but cleanliness was average and it makes some odd decisions when it comes to amenities Oddly the service is probably the worst of any mariott ive had and its not the staff but the policies. Bathrobes? Gotta collect from downstairs each time in the name of carbon footprint? But the big tv comes on each time i open the door Water? Nope….gotta go downstairs for it Simple things all need to be collected by hand each day and in the room i kept finding random hairs….must be using a low energy vacuum aswell Only one working elevator or the other is turnt off to save carbon and as a result sometimes you can wait 20 minutes to go downstairs…not joking, me and 5 others took the risk one morning of opening the fire door and taking the outside stairs to get out…can confirm fire doors are not alarmed Yet the staff were super helpful and polite which makes it a mixed bag. I would probably not stay again due to the policies then the staff Location is nice though nejo castle : 10 minute walk west Imperial Castle : 10 minute walk north Golden Pavilion : 20minute bus right outside The harder one is the Fushima Inori you need to go 30 minutes east and 40 minute train south Lastly bath is big and no noise at night

The hotel is in Oike and nearby two major metro lines. The area is very neat and clean. The room is small but very comfortable to accommodate single guest. The staff is very friendly but they insist to wait for check in time. The early check-in has per hour charges which I refused and wait till 3pm.

I used this many time and I will use it ask always. It is very easy and save queue and costs.
