I had a wonderful stay at St. Regis Hotel Kuwait, and I’d like to highlight a few key aspects that made my experience exceptional. • The King Suite was absolutely perfect, spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. • Room Dining was overall good; the food was delicious, though the spaghetti Bolognese didn’t quite meet my expectations. • A special thanks to Ms. Jewell and Mr. Faisal at the reception. They were incredibly helpful and cooperative, ensuring a smooth check-in and even offering me a late check-out, which I truly appreciated. • The soundproofing in the room was excellent, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The furniture and décor were elegant and well thought out. • Room service was exceptional,efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. Overall 9.5/10 My experience was fantastic, and I look forward to staying here again. Highly recommended.

Being a renovated hotel as being old Sheraton didn’t disappoint…hotel location is perfect and provided verity of restaurants with very good quality of food reception was still under construction however it was a good stay rooms are specious and clean however when we left the room at night no shut down service was done

I come regularly to this place to enjoy after noon tea with my husband. It’s our favorite. I would like to thank Mr: Younis and Miss: Marfie , They are super friendly and very welcoming. They took good care of us while we enjoyed our cup of tea . I would also thank the chef for the yummy food . I liked the chicken soup so much , yet the menu cover all people’s appetite. I liked the music and the service. I am a regular guest and will always enjoy my tea there . Thank you again Mr: Younis and Miss : Marfie .

Most people get out of Kuwait for New Year, instead we went in. We had a quiet and lovely stay at St.Regis and did not regret picking this destination. It did not seem like the hotel cut back on staff count despite low occupancy so we could have personal service in the various restaurants and in the kids club; overall we enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to a suite as Marriott Ambassador Elite guests and the suite was nice and comfortable. The bed was great and we could sleep well every night. The only mild negative I would say is that for a hotel of this caliber, suites should have 1.5 bath but unfortunately this one did not have the convenient extra half bathroom. We made good use of the kids club and our daughter enjoyed spending time there. The staff there were great and there was a lot of variety of games for children to play. The restaurant for breakfast was quiet every morning and included made to order dishes along with a buffet which had many interesting local options. Breakfast was a strong point of the hotel although the venue betrays the age of the building with low ceilings despite being recently renovated. For New Year's eve dinner, we went to the hotel's Iranian restaurant which had equally good service and we enjoyed the special occasion. Overall despite some weaknesses I would not hesitate to come back to this hotel.

I've stayed here a couple of times now while on business in Kuwait. It a little confusing as to which hotel you are actually staying in as I booked the to stay in the Sheraton Kuwait and it seems that everything is funneled via the St Regis, anyway it didn't matter to me. From the minute you arrive the staff make you feel special, the room was great, very roomy, had everything i required (not sure about the fax machine?) and was more than adequate for my requirements. The gym is on the 9th floor and has good views over the city. Lots of CV equipment and a good selection of machines. If I had one criticism of the gym it would be that there was no ability to bench press or curl. A barbell, curl bar & a selection of plates & collars would be a great addition to this gym. Breakfast delightful, well presented and super tasty with a wide selection of hot and cold options. Overall, very happy with my stay and 1 TA point dropped for the point highlighted in the gym. I will definitely return again next time I'm in Kuwait,

I booked a room to celebrate my friends birthday. I called the hotel the day I booked and requested an early check-in for 12pm and then sent a message via marriot bonvoy 4 days before and sent a follow-up 4 hours before checking in. I was told that the hotel was fully booked. I spoke to the manager, and he solved my issue and called back to confirm early check-in in. The hotel lobby was busy and the room service food was average. The rooms were renovated and comfortable.
