Breezes Beach Club and Spa

Jambo! Staff was amazing, very attentive and helpful and treated our group very well. Some things to know before you go. The water at the beach is pretty shallow and I would recommend water shoes, bring them or rent there. There's a good amount of rock, shells, etc. that can be uncomfortable to walk on. There doesn't seem to be a scramble for lounge chairs on the beach, which is nice. The pool is nice as well especially if you want to get a tan! The food is pretty good, for dinner they alternate nights between buffet and a seated dinner w/ a limited menu. Breakfast is a buffet. My biggest issue is with the room. The lighting isn't great, its not horrible, but definitely subdued (several in our party noted this), there are no robes or slippers, and if you use conditioner, be sure to bring it as they do not supply that! In fact, I would bring shampoo as well as theirs isn't all that great. It seemed odd to me that the resort of this caliber does not provide these items. Also of note, the hair dryer is hard wired into the wall, in the main space opposite the bed. There was limited length on the cord and I needed to move the light on the credenza so I could see better in the mirror. Very good options for water sports and activities with the Dive center being onsite. Please note that the beautiful coral in the area has been sadly damaged by high sustained ocean temps.

We absolutely loved our stay at Breezes, the resort is gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and sociable, they made us very comfortable our entire stay and we really appreciated their hospitality. The room and bed was clean and comfortable. We cannot wait to come back, we will 100% stay here again when we return to Zanzibar.

We hadden a marvelous outstanding holiday in this hotel! Delicious food, beautifull lookin buffets, very kind staff, weaters, also the managers! The resort was beautiful and well taken care of. What impressed me the most was the service of the staff. They were all incredibly friendly and were always available for you whenever. If you wanted a pillow for your back during dinner they would give you, as soon as you ran out of water they would refill it for you, once you're done with your food they instantly pick up your plates and ask how it was, they always greet you when you walk by, and the list goes on. Especially thank you to Bryson for making our trip so enjoyable. He was very friendly and really focused his attention to whomever he was providing his service to. He even picked a flower for my little sister after noticing she was looking at them. So polite and caring. Despite the lovely staff, the resort also offers a great and peaceful atmosphere to truly relax at and have the best time. Delicious, fresh and fancy meals along occasional performances that allows you to experience the African culture.

The hotel is totally renewed, amazing facilities, awesome gardens, delicious food and the most important thing that hasn't change is the TOP staff that they have. 5 star service since the moment you arrive until you leave, they rwally make you feel at home. Thank you to all the team for the wonderful work you do, this hotel is the perfect place to just disconnect, relax and enjoy in paradise.

The Breezes Beach Club was absolutely beautiful! The Manager, Mr “G” was welcoming and present everywhere always asking if we needed anything. The hotel setting was paradise…beautiful from sunrise to sunset. The rooms were lovely, clean and the support staff all did a great job. The food was delicious and had a wide variety. I would return to beautiful Breezes in a heartbeat! 💗 Thank you for a lovely stay.

There is not one negative with this hotel. The staff are lovely, rooms clean food lovely. Staff are very friendly, reception helpful. We as a group of friends had an amazing time. We had garden rooms which were facing the sea so we had the best of both worlds. Beach is clean and tidy . Beautiful Hotel. I would recommend it.

Currently writing my review from the beach at Breezes . Fabulous hotel , lovely and clean , huge variety of food to suit all tastes . We have a first floor suite which is beautiful and comfortable . Staff are really friendly and happy . Great entertainment in the evening. Today is Swahili day so we had a fresh coconut with Malibu , delicious ! We had come here straight from a fantastic weeks Safari so a much needed rest from “African Massage” code for very bumpy rides , and dust . We did however book a couple of bits onsite , the reef safari and also snorkelling safari . Reef Safari … really great experience you’re provided with reef shoes so you walk about a mile out in the sea to the reef, our guide was great very knowledgable a great couple of hours spent, our guide was really good at explaining what we were seeing , he doubted his English speaking skills however he was really good . Snorkelling Safari …. My Husband and I have never snorkelled before and we explained it to Hussan our guide , he was so encouraging and patient with us while we got to grips with breathing under water with a plastic tube … so glad we persevered it was fabulous , we saw so many fish and went round several reefs . I would recommend wearing a life vest even if you’re an accomplished swimmer as it’s quite something to be concentrating on swimming in deep water and getting the snorkelling technique .. Hassan was so knowledgable and pointed out so many fish, clams and kept checking in to make sure we were ok . Really worth doing both of these trips . We’ve hadthe best time here and will be very sad to leave , it’s the perfect tropical Paradise , white sands and beautiful blue waters . A huge thank you to everyone at Breezes we’ve loved it

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. From the moment that you arrive until the moment that you leave they make you feel as is you are their only guest. The facility was so beautiful and a wonderful place to relax. The swimming and snorkeling was great.
