"I stayed there years ago, and wanting to relive a memory, I chose the Kuqa Hotel again. It used to be a government reception hotel; the rooms were decent, the furniture and facilities a bit old, but very clean. The bathroom floor felt hollow, and it swayed when you walked on it. However, I was disappointed by the restaurant. Upon entering the dining hall, there were two beds on either side, clearly staff accommodations. The bedding was blackened, and staff clothing was also found there. Even worse, near the exit of the cold dish preparation area, there was a pile of staff clothing and a pair of shoes. This is absolutely unacceptable for food safety and directly impacts the dining experience for guests. The hotel industry is now highly competitive; whether a restaurant is in-house or outsourced, a standardized management system is essential for long-term success and to keep pace with industry standards. I hope things improve."

"I chose this hotel for my trip, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel environment was refreshing, and the lobby was spotless and comfortable. The room was a good size, meticulously cleaned, with no odors on the floor or in the bathroom. The bedding was soft and I slept very well. All the facilities in the room were in good working order, hot water came out quickly, and the soundproofing was good, so I wasn't disturbed by noise at night. The receptionist, Idai, was particularly helpful and quick to check me in. She patiently answered all my questions, and her service was excellent. Overall, it was good value for money, a great choice for a trip, and I would definitely stay here again."

"The environment is indeed beautiful, but the price and service are completely mismatched! From check-in, it was chaotic. We were staying for three days, but they only gave us a room key for one day. When we went to sort out the room key issue the next day, they looked confused and asked if we wanted to extend our stay. I mean... And housekeeping every day was incredibly difficult. On the first day, they came with a broom and asked if I wanted them to sweep and mop, then asked what else I needed. I might as well have just cleaned it myself. After they 'cleaned,' it looked pretty much the same as before, and the disposables were never fully replenished. On the second day, they called to ask if we wanted housekeeping. Isn't daily room cleaning a standard procedure for a hotel?! They claimed to prioritize guest privacy, but if you call and confirm, then at least send someone to clean! We returned to the hotel, opened the door, and I nearly fainted – it was exactly as we had left it... It was already 4 PM! The room still hadn't been cleaned, can you believe it? A room costing over 1,000 per night, with this kind of service? I can't accept it. I gave them time to clean, and they told me it was done, but when I went back, it still wasn't finished. You really do laugh when you're speechless. Moreover, I only found out my family's other room had hand soap and a full set of four toiletries in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion). Our room had no hand soap, and initially, only one bottle of shampoo and one bottle of shower gel. They only replenished two more bottles later. The hotel eventually apologized, but you can't expect guests to pay for your mistakes. P.S. On the way out, I used the public restroom, and the hygiene was absolutely dreadful. How could it be so dirty?..."

Although we didn't use the airport shuttle, we were picked up and dropped off by a Mercedes-Benz van. Aside from the fact that many guests smoked indoors, everything else was perfect. Love Xinjiang!"

We booked a deluxe single room, but when we arrived, they said there were no single rooms available, and besides, they didn't have any deluxe rooms. They gave us a standard room (twin beds). I didn't mention the price difference. There was no hot water to take a shower late at night; it's only available in the morning. The front desk didn't answer the phone; I called three or four times, but they didn't answer."

It comes with a shared bath which could have been a bit cleaner as plenty of guests are using it. The wifi more or less worked fine bht don’t expect blazing speed. The owner was fantastic. Gave everyone fruits, delicious watermelon, etc. Also did a shared trip with the owner to Subashi and the Grand Canyon. He stopped at many places for us to take photographs. Overall, beautiful guesthouse and super attentive owner."

Bos wanita itu punya kebun buah di rumah dan buah-buahan tersedia 24 jam sehari. Kalau Anda butuh sesuatu, katakan saja padanya dan dia akan menyediakannya untuk Anda kapan saja. Kalau Anda banyak bertanya, dia akan dengan sabar menjelaskannya secara rinci dengan suara yang lembut (bos wanita itu sangat cantik, dengan kaki jenjang dan senyum lebar). Saya suka semua hal tentang B&B ini, haha. Lokasi B&B ini sangat strategis bagi teman-teman yang datang ke Kuche untuk berwisata. B&B ini sangat dekat dengan beberapa tempat wisata utama yang terkenal di Kuche, jadi Anda tidak perlu berkendara atau naik taksi. B&B ini terletak di Menbazaar di kota tua Kuche. Belok kanan dan berjalan sejauh 300 meter ke Istana Kuche. Belok kiri dan berjalan sejauh 200 meter ke Kuil Agung Kuche. Menginap di dekat berarti menghemat waktu. "It seems to be an older government-run guesthouse. There's a large parking lot at the entrance. The exterior is quite old, but the interior has been renovated. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean, and bright, but there are obvious stains on the sofa. The worst part is the old central air conditioning; it's very noisy and doesn't cool at all, with the temperature dropping to 26 degrees Celsius at night! Even having customer service adjust it didn't help. The shower is done standing in the bathtub, which I didn't like."

"I have stayed in worse hotels in my travels, but this might be the worst I've stayed in during my 3 months in China. It's like the hotel hasn't been cleaned at all. Holes in the walls, trash in the hallways, bugs, doors hanging off their hinges, and serious dust literally everywhere. And it's not because they're super busy; they have no other guests and 4 (!) staff just chilling 🤷🏿 The room provided towels but no water. Even when I arrived I was silently stared at, no 你好, I guess they'd never seen a foreigner before. I do not recommend this hotel; do yourself a favour and find a different one. There are plenty of nicer options elsewhere."
