Perfect location, just across the railway station. Room is clean, breakfast is ok

房間很好，乾淨衞生，環境優美，這家酒店我已是第二次入住。酒店有停車位，市中心，位置很好。下次路過，還住這裏。

酒店在庫奧皮奧屬於高檔型，設施很不錯。尤其是桑拿，很舒服。

Very kind and courteous staff, easy parking, clean and comfy room (even though the bathroom was very tiny, especially if you're from America), amazing breakfast, and a great location. Wish I stayed longer than one night. It was a quick stop in Kupio to go to Rovaniemi.

Wonderful warm, charming hotel with great service. Beautiful restaurant and cabinet for my dissertation dinner. So memorable!

With the (original?) windows the room on the street side was surprisingly noisy.. And maybe I should use the chain more to obtain upgrade even when its that empty..

The hotel is located centrally and it is easy to access shops and museums. The room was clean and the bathroom renovated. Everything was in theme with Arctic, including the soaps and the furniture in the room. We really appreciated the immersion into Lapland via their songs, pictures and videos.

A small hotel conveniently close to the station. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast--with Lappish specialities--is excellent. The rooms are compact and the bathroom even more so, but most of all where is one supposed to put clothes. There were three coathangers on a wall bracket and NOWHERE to place other clothes. One can hang shirts (though 3 hangers will not go far) but where is one meant to put socks, underwear, andsweaters? Goodness knows how guests manage during a Finnish winter. One piece of furniture contained an ankle-level safe and a big gap from which a fridge had obviously been removed. By removing the hairdryer and other items perhaps clothes could be piled high there. Since the hotel is quite expensive I hardly feel that my "comfort double" room was good value for money.

Sijainti oli hyvä, sisätilat olivat vanhanaikaisia, esim. lattiapinnoitteet vanhoja kokolattiapintaisia. Wc/suihkutila tunkkainen haju ja likainen. Suihkuverho laahasi lattiaa vasten ja oli aivan ruskea väriltään. Piti olla esteetön kulku wc:n mutta ei sitä ollut.

The room itself was nice (on the 6th floor with view towards the forest). The hotel had put a small welcoming snack for us for our wedding day, which was much appreciated. The room looked as if it wasn’t cleaned in several weeks. The receptionist had to come and wipe the dusts away. We did receive complimentary drinks, though. The hotel was fully booked - maybe the cleaners disn’t have enough time to clean the rooms properly? The breakfast was rather basic.
