Love this chain of hotels which offers great value for money with always clean comfortable rooms and super helpful staff. However the staff at this hotel really took it to another level when it came to friendly and efficient service. They were simply superb.

I would provide five stars, but the front desk people did not know what to look for in my passport, and after showing them where to look, they took several pictures of it. Later, I found they had to do it again and interrupted me in the room to take another shot. The room was really lovely, and I enjoyed the bed as well.

這次入住崑山亞朵寶裕廣場店，從細節到服務都讓人驚喜，必須給五星好評！ ✨ 深夜粥道免費又好吃，房間比想象中更大，28寸行李箱攤開也毫無壓力。重點是完全聽不到走廊或馬路噪音，雙層隔音玻璃很給力！床墊軟硬適中，枕頭有支撐感，翻身時幾乎沒有彈簧聲響，第二天起來肩頸特別放鬆。 酒店就在寶裕廣場隔壁，步行5分鐘到購物中心，叫外賣選擇超多。自駕停車免費，地下車庫直達電梯，對帶行李的客人很友好。 衞生間乾濕分離，水壓充足；窗簾遮光性一流，一覺睡到自然醒；免費迷你吧有氣泡水，還配了掛耳咖啡和茶包。最貼心的是房間有USB插口和無線充電板，忘帶充電頭也能安心刷手機！ 唯一小遺憾是泳池在維修，但前台主動送了延遲退房券補償。總之，無論是凌晨抵店的打工人，還是帶娃的家庭出行，這家亞朵都能滿足需求，已經推薦給要來崑山出差的同事啦！

酒店乾淨衞生，地理位置和隔音也很好，大廳裝修明亮，早餐很豐盛，這點確實是出乎意料的。電梯也很快，下次還會入住的。酒店服務真得很好，服務員都很熱情，每天主動打招呼，讓人心情愉悦！

非常棒的一次入住體驗，衞生環境不錯，前台服務態度超級好，缺什麼東西直接找他們要就好了，都是機器人配送，也是非常高檔了哈哈哈，早餐和夜宵都很豐盛，還有咖啡，電視可以投屏，但是衹有部分APP，早上突然下雨，着急出門，前天還供應傘

深夜粥到服務對孕婦真是太友好了 正好可以吃個小米粥夜宵睡覺 房間大 晚上週圍環境安靜 對面就有很多吃的 早餐小餛飩也好吃 前台服務態度好 亞朵真是越來越好了

亞朵酒店環境一如既往的好，這次出行因為天氣原因兩次請求延遲退房，酒店前台一點都沒遲疑都答應了，這樣貼心的服務在如此糟糕的天氣情況下給予足夠的安全和温暖。

房間很乾凈，早餐也很豐盛，附近吃飯也很方便，整體入住舒適。下次去崑山還是首選，前台服務也很棒，給旅行添上舒適感
