Overall a great hotel in an amazing location. The staff were friendly and the room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I wanted. The shower knob was a bit confusing, but once I figure that out I had plenty of hot water.

超出預期的一次入住體驗，酒店的位置太棒了，就在皇家一英里，對面就是聖吉爾斯教堂，走5分鐘就可以到城堡門口，離火車站5-10分鐘的步行路程，感覺自己就在愛丁堡的絕對中心 房間面積還算寬敞，浴室有浴缸，房間的景色看出去非常漂亮 酒店大堂是在3樓，所以部分1-2樓的樓層可能給人感覺是在地下，這一點要注意

エディンバラの旧市街に位置するホテル。近くに観光地も多く、とてもアクセスが良い。 ホテル自体もとてもお洒落で清潔だった。 部屋も大きく、リラックスできた。 ホテルの従業員の方も大変丁寧に対応していただき助かった。 とにかくアクセスが良いので、夜の街歩きも簡単にできるためとてもおすすめ。

還是非常好的酒店的 但是現在英國基本都無牙刷牙膏拖鞋提供需要自備 其他的都非常的好 在愛丁堡市中心 皇家一英里上 從waverly station 下來抄小路近道5分鐘就能步行到酒店，員工態度也很贊👍

房間很寬敞很舒適

Great! Excellent customer service! Easy access to many great sight seeing destinations. Would stayed here again and recommend it to friends and family! We are older and wished we had gone to the castle and other great attractions early in the morning. By the afternoon we had walked so much we were too tried to keep our afternoon appointment to go to the castle. Also we used taxis but within a few days we started finding buses that ran in the area. I recommend learning the bus schedule as it could save you considerable money. Every where we went the locals were so warm and friendly. We have been to 38 countries and Scotland would be at the top of our list. We look forward to going there again! We definitely recommend Fraser suites!

The stairs for senior citizens to climb up and down daily was the bad deal. The nice thing was close to the Royal Mile. The beds were very uncomfortable. Nice big bathroom and warm in the room.

Great location. Friendly service. Our towel radiator wasn't working. Asked them to look at it. They didn't do anything about it.

We stayed at Frazer Suites for a couple of nights for my partners birthday at the end of March. It’s a fantastic location for exploring Edinburgh, really nice decor in the lobby area and in the rooms, and the small kitchen area in the rooms was good too. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. We booked a deluxe room and found the room very small (much smaller than it looked on the photos) and our room was also really cold when we got there. We set the thermostat before we left to go out and upon our return to the room about midnight it was absolutely freezing resulting in little sleep - the thermostat was complicated to work, but even having set it right there was no heat. We spoke to reception about this in the morning and they sent a maintenance person who couldn’t fix it so they provided an oil heater for us instead, which whilst it provided some heat wasn’t ideal when spending long periods out of the room exploring the city as there was no temperature control. Equally the bathroom was still freezing cold. We complained about this as found it unacceptable, and they’ve simply offered a discount next time - not something we intend to ever use. Overall, whilst the location was great, due to our experience and the room size we personally wouldn’t stay here again - there are so many hotels in Edinburgh to choose from, especially for the cost of Frazer Suites, so would recommend to book somewhere else. It wasn’t the luxury for us that they describe.

I traveled with 5 other girls each with our own room and our stay at Fraser Suites was amazing. Nothing can beat the location right on the Royal Mile close to everything. The rooms were clean, modern and a great size! Plus the staff was amazing! They helped us navigate the area, they set up cabs for us to head to the airport early one morning and they always greeted us with the best energy. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location and the staff were phenomenal. Super helpful and very friendly. Hotel was VERY hot at all times and this couldn't be adjusted.

The location can’t be beat. It was great to have easy access to lay down or take break right in the middle of the golden mile.

Hands down the nicest hotel I have stayed in for a while. They let us check in early for free, the staff was always willing to help, we did our laundry for free on site, the beds were comfortable, rooms were huge. I can’t say enough about this place!
