Lovely stay, hotel was clean and room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Hotel is a little old, but they are currently busy with renovations.

Room was old & don't have international TV. Very little hot water for shower & very slow.

My recent stay at the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the impeccable facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel at home during my short visit. The hotel's facilities were perfect, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious food served in a five-star setting. The only minor suggestion would be to clean the windows from the outside, as they appeared a bit dirty. However, this did not detract from the overall excellent experience. I highly recommend the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Good hotel for a business trip

這次來崑山，本以為陰雨天會掃了興致，沒想到崑山裕元花園酒店給了我大大的驚喜。 入住的豪華景觀房，寬敞又乾淨，窗外的婁江在雨幕中別有一番景緻，雨滴打在玻璃上，氛圍感拉滿。酒店服務超貼心，從前台熱情辦理入住，到幫忙送傘，工作人員的細緻關懷暖人心。 設施也超齊全，健身房器材完備，游完泳再去體驗黑石巖盤浴，疲憊瞬間消散。酒店的美食更是一絕，自助晚餐海鮮、日料、甜點樣樣新鮮美味，鐵板燒師傅現場烹飪，煙火氣十足。 雖天氣不佳，但這次的酒店體驗超棒，下次還選這兒！

整體還可以，也很乾凈，性價比很高。周邊環境也不錯，不遠就是金鷹國際商場，吃飯很方便。送的蒙特利小童樂園票，小朋友們也是玩得很開心。不過畢竟是老店，設施沒那麼新，但還能接受，不是想象中的老舊差。早餐種類很多，中規中矩吧。

1.酒店服務特別好，免費幫我們升級了行政大床房（可能是因為我們連住2天，並且定了2間房的緣故），19樓的風景很好，而且2間房連在一起。客房服務人員也很好，我們第一天多要了2瓶水，第2天自動幫我們增加2瓶飲用水。 2.酒店外賣是由機器人送貨上門的，很有趣。 3.酒店左手邊是金鷹國際廣場，吃飯購物都很方便，右手邊過了馬路就是城市公園，夜晚去逛逛非常有趣。 4.酒店的游泳池是温水的，人不多，游泳池的洗浴設定比較老化了。酒店的健身房有不少健身教練，好在他們沒有打擾我們住客鍛鍊身體。 5.酒店的早飯，最有特色的就是手工肉包（肉包、三丁包、菜包），每天衹有1個師傅在那裡包包子、蒸包子很辛苦。其他就比較一般，比如所有飲料都是粉調出來的，太甜了，不好喝。熱菜不太多，好在油條是熱的。
