It was my first time staying in this hotel for 5 nights. 20 to 25th August 2024. Every time I come to Kunming I stay at Sofitel Hotel but I will change my mind in future. I was pleasantly surprised that the this hotel service was very good. 1, warm welcome from the front desk receptionist, quick check-in and check-out. 2, the room staff is professional and smiling. 3. The warm service of the restaurant staff. @Amazingly, the hotel also offers a buffet breakfast and lunch, which are very rich and nutritious. All hotel staff are very warm every day,makes me feel at home. I’m sure I will choice again this hotel when I have business trip in Kunming.

Because the temperature in Kunming has been low in recent days, it has also changed to a sunny room! There are also small snacks such as flower cakes and honey, and the children are very happy! There is also a very considerate gift for leaving the store! The service of the hotel butler is very thoughtful! The breakfast is also good! A children's breakfast coupon was also given! It takes about an hour from the airport and costs about 100 RMB. There are restaurants nearby that are open until late at night. There is also a subway station about 5-10 minutes walk away, and a shopping center there. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room I stayed in (deluxe room) was very comfortable.

住的208，窗外是培訓學校的停車場，對面就是培訓學校的教學樓吧，私隱方面可能會差點，介意的，白天都需要拉窗簾，房間硬件方面還行，對於我這種沒那麼特別找細節的人來説，很不錯了，就是房門的隔音太差了，晚上一點多走廊走路的聲音，説話的聲音清晰可見，睡眠淺的人，就不要來了，老闆可以考慮採取一些隔音措施，比如貼一些隔音的什麼東西。住了兩晚，除了以上兩點，其他沒毛病。

The decoration is fresh and you can use it with confidence. In particular, the tall lady at the front desk took the initiative to give us oxygen tanks and coffee. She also reminded us to put on extra clothes because of the temperature difference between morning and evening. She also recommended places suitable for check-in. She was very warm and polite, treating guests like family members, and responded to all requests. We enjoyed the warmth of being in a different place. We recommend staying here. We will come here again next time we travel to Kunming.
