Hotel di Chenggong New District/South High-Speed Railway Station, Kunming

Spent a night here before catching the train the next day. It was only a 5 min taxi ride to train station. Plenty of restaurant next to the hotel. Reception staff Lena is friendly to talk to. The welcome drink area is a bit messy tho with litter and used cups around. Room is big and clean. A good stay if you need to catch an early train the next day. The breakfast is great too providing various choices of food. The waffles are nice.

I stayed in this hotel with my dog ​​during the Chinese New Year and it was a very satisfying experience. Staff: The hotel staff is attentive amazing n superb. Even though they cant converse in english, we communicate thru google translate and they can attend to our concerns and give fast response. They go through extra mile to answer all your queries. While in the room we converse via trip.com platform Hotel room: New Beautiful clean smart house loft. All 2 rooms are on the 2nd level. Fit my family of 4 adults. Each bedroom has 1 double bed which is big can fit 2 medium sized adults. 1st level has a toilet and big sofa can use as bed too. Night view is nice when all the buildings infront lighted up. 2 tvs one on 1st level and second one at the main bedroom. All are chinese programmes. It be good if the hotel can have some english speaking programmes or movies. Unit comes with washing machine but not dryer. There is a self serving laundry at 26th floor for guest use that comes with ironing facilities, dryer and washing machine. Location: There are few malls around but we didnt have time to explore all. Visit Laoyuhue wetland park (20mins drive). It was crowded but huge park. everyone has space for photoshoots and photography. Beautiful lake and yellow trees with seagulls. Took lots of pictures here. We went to visit Kunming Chenggong huihuiying mosque(20mins car ride) and meet the friendly muslim community there. We tried the flavorful muslim local beef noodles. Bought big bag of delicious caramel popcorn from a streetvendor. Amenities: At level b1 has a huge new supermarket. U cn get ur groceries here. Complimentary drop off The hotel was nice to provide us a free drop off to Kunming South railway( 15mins drive). Its not a normal car. In fact its the inhouse limousine for inhouse guest. Amazing. Note: the lift is a shared lift with other tenants and other hotel guests. Jun’an hotel units are on the top floor 26th and 27th floor

Children especially like this room, it’s so fun and looks like a hammock. The room is large, has a wide view, and is very clean. The intelligent voice-controlled lights and curtains responded to my call at the drop of a hat. My kids almost yelled at me 😂. There is also afternoon tea at the front desk, with various teas and snacks available for eating and drinking. The young lady is also very enthusiastic, gentle and caring. Pick-up at the high-speed rail station: When we checked out, they called a car and took us to the high-speed rail station for free. This check-in experience was very nice.

I accompanied my child to take an exam on this trip. The hotel prepared a special exam gift package for the students taking the exam. Although there was a small episode after checking in, the door originally wanted to complain to a little girl at the front desk. After that, the little girl who blamed the store manager apologized and explained. When I saw the students taking the exam, I chose to understand and forgive them on the same day. It is not easy for young people who work and take exams. So I chose to praise the little sister Lu Xue at the front desk. She is skilled in business and meticulous. Dumplings and glutinous rice balls were prepared on the winter solstice, and the porridge that arrived late at night was also very good. In addition, the order was partially modified halfway, and a customer service representative of Ctrip helped to deal with it in time. It was a perfect trip!

The room was clean and the aunt was very kind and kind. There were a lot of food near the hotel. Although I stayed for one night, the experience was very good. I forgot to take photos. It feels OK. The room is big enough, clean and sanitary. The service is good. Although the breakfast is not very much (according to four-star standards), it is rare to have such a large projection TV in the restaurant, but the food is good. There is a parking lot, which is quite convenient.

The parking lot is super large and parking is very convenient. The hotel is next to a school. The environment is quiet, clean and sanitary. The bedding is comfortable. It would be better if breakfast could be served until 10 o'clock.

Hotel is nice. Room is good. Washroom is good. Breakfast is great. Everything was digital. Looks good in most things except the noise. Elevator 🛗 noise is too much in whole building and it sounds like metro 🚇 train passing through station after each 5 minutes. This hotel is on 2nd floor so 3rd floor people make noise till midnight and early morning. Which is very common here in China they shut doors hardly and not care for other humans sleepy. Also the cleaning lady start cleaning on 8:00 🕗 I think it’s not good they should start cleaning after 9:00. Because they make more noise during cleaning. So, if you noise sensitive then it’s terrible place to stay. If you don’t care noise then it’s amazing place to stay. The choice is yours. Thanks
