Novotel Kunming City Centre is one of the best hotel we had ever stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities and cleanliness are great. Location is also very accessible as it’s near shopping mall and many eateries nearby. Overall it is very worth our money. 😊

The room facilities are complete and clean. There is an underground parking lot and a small table for work. It is also convenient to go to the surrounding areas. There are so many delicious foods in Kunming that I feel like I can't finish them even if I stay for several days. I recommend everyone to visit Kunming

May I highlight to potential customers that Novotel Living is not the same as Novotel Kunming City Centre even though both are located next to each other within the same compound. Novotel Living is like a home residence that comes with a mini kitchen, washing machine and even a humidifier. I must compliment their customer service staff (both Ms Fu and Ms Yang) for being professional and could attend to all my needs. Particularly Ms Fu who went an extra mile to delight my customer experience when assisting me to get a cab to a tourist attraction. Perhaps the only constructive feedback to give Novotel Living is there is certain odour found in their bathroom that can be very unpleasant to some customers. The unpleasant smell usually comes from the water pipes or sewage pipes. Other than that, Novotel Living is a value-for-money for all travellers.

This is a hotel I am very satisfied with in Kunming. It is close to the train station. The snacks and supermarket on the second floor are very convenient. The hotel decoration is very special. The wall paintings in the corridors on the floor are very beautiful. The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy. The front desk lady is beautiful and generous, the service is very good, the breakfast is rich and varied, There are rice noodles, noodles, bait silk... I especially emphasize that I must come to Kunming to bowl of rice noodles, special snacks, delicious, what touched me was the service of the room lady, I had a cold, gave me a thick bowl of ginger soup, and added a quilt, so warm heart, next time I go to Kunming, Must stay.

Breakfast is open until 11 am, and the variety is relatively rich. The ingredients are fresh and the taste is authentic. I especially like the freshly cooked Yunnan specialty rice noodles. The location is also good, very close to Dianchi Lake. When I left the hotel, the staff also gave me two boxes of flower cakes and rose tea. Jiaye Hotel is certainly a hidden gem, nice quiet location, close enough to major attractions, mostly either within walking distance or within 20 yuan on taxi. The personal butler system is amazing, there is always someone there for us. We booked for 2 nights, got upgraded to a room with balcony. Everyone is so friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them, really feels like a home away from home. The first night we arrived, we had to do some washing, free dinner and a big clothes rack was delivered to our room, they deserve more than 5 stars. Breakfast variety is good. We had a pleasant stay in Kunming.

超級不錯的昆明第一站體驗。小朋友一進酒店就説明天還要住這裏。會推薦朋友們來住的。 #位置交通 交通位於省委辦公樓旁邊，南亞風情街附近，開車有停車場（數量有限），也有電車的充電樁（大概5-6個） #房間設施 花灑用的是漢格雅思，馬桶和水龍頭是樂家，洗浴套裝是西班牙悦碧施，吹風機是徠芬。床墊和床品小朋友睡着表示很舒服。如果有需求的話還可以選擇決明子、蕎麥、七星枕頭。#服務 入住的第一天，因為到的是晚上，近期也是淡季，服務員都比較親切地帶我們上樓，還給我們指了洗衣房的位置。有烘乾機，也提供洗衣液和柔順劑，至少旅行還是挺方便的。#衞生 房間是新裝修的，所以基本上衞生條件還是挺好的。因為這個天氣比較乾燥，所以水龍頭亮麪的會有些浮塵，我覺得這種完全可以接受。牆壁上或有一些安裝電器件造成的污漬，我也覺得沒啥毛病。 #性價比 大概提前了兩三天預訂的，當時有個驚喜價二五零以內就預訂到了，當時考慮的是反正到昆明已經晚上9點了，既然是新的就蠻體驗一下，第二天再住別的地方好了，誰知道剛下車，看到一棟白色建築，再加上進大堂後，乾淨明亮的氛圍和敞亮的庭院，還是非常滿意的。前台在我們沒要求的情況下還給升了房，後來想續住的時候才知道的，給服務員點贊!#餐廳 餐廳還沒開放，就餐環境很舒服，相信未來是個加分項。
