Hotels in The The Mixc, Kunming

We had 4 pax and the Hollywood room had a US King size bed and sofa bed to sleep comfortably. Room is spacious as well. Hotel staff was friendly. Laundry room available for free. Huge mall opposite the hotel which host a wide variety of restaurants. Will stay again if in Kunming.

I really love this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the warm atmosphere hit me. The room is very stylishly decorated with full details, and the smart devices are super easy to use. The food in the restaurant is exquisite and delicious, and every bite is a pleasure. The waiters in the restaurant are also very polite and greeted warmly. The hotel's security measures make people feel at ease, and staying here is particularly reliable. The cost-effectiveness is super high~

Excellent service by the 2 male hotel employees who went out of their way in assisting us with transport arrangements so we do not miss our train at the railway station. Very convenient location as the airport bus stops in front of the hotel, the subway station is within a few minutes walk from the hotel and a shopping mall is located right across the hotel.

This trip to Yunnan was a pleasant surprise. I stayed in a homestay in Dali. When I arrived in Kunming, I wanted to find a hotel not far from the zoo and botanical garden, and close to the airport. I saw that it was not a national chain, but the reviews were good, so I booked it for two days with the mentality of giving it a try. I didn't expect it to be so pleasantly surprised. The hotel brand should be very good in the local area. The room layout is very low-key and textured. I like the painting of irises very much. The room is actually more than 40 square meters at this price. The configuration is very complete, with Pu'er and coffee. The buffet breakfast is at my own expense. I thought it would be uneconomical to spend more than 50 yuan, but it turned out that there are many kinds of delicious food, both Chinese and Western. The picky baby ate and drank until closing time before leaving. I checked out at three or four o'clock in the middle of the night to catch a flight. The front desk brother and sister heard that they were going to the airport, and they sent milk, bread and biscuits. I was quite touched. I also want to praise the hotel robot for delivering meals. It's so cute, and there are desserts prepared in the evening, which is great.

This was the perfect hotel for me in Kunming. I gave the 6 out of 5 ratings for new, great, clean facilities and wonderful breakfast. But most of all I was very impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff. Among them I want to highlight the hotel manager Zhou Chingmin who provided great checkin and orientation. I was not feeling well due to the high altitude and she was so kind to provide me with air cleaner and to inform me that they could find oxygen canister if I needed one. She was an example of customer care expert and I am very greaful for that.

The service is very good and the environment is nice. The ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic. The hotel's breakfast buffet is shared with the hotel next door, and the taste is also good. I ate the special rice noodles and rice noodles in the hotel. Not far from Donghua Market and Yuantong Mountain. The sound insulation is a little worse

The location is close to Line 6, and I came here to catch the subway to catch the plane. Hotel location bed room is close to the street, soundproof, a bit noisy. The decoration is relatively young, but the mattress is hard and not so comfortable. Other default praise

The hotel is new and well located. The breakfast is good as usual by Shangri La standard. A special mention goes out to the Malik and Steven at the front counter on 8th evening and Zoe Lei and Yuri Zhang at the Gym who are very helpful to let us refresh before our early morning flight home.

I'm traveling in Yunnan. It's quite comfortable to come and play in this season. Kunming is very warm, and the blue flowers on the roadside are also beautiful. There are such flowers next to the hotel in Vienna where I live. You can see them from the window. It's very beautiful, especially Tell the little sister at the front desk that the room on the street is reserved for me. It is very convenient to go out for supper at night. The wind blows cool and is very comfortable.

Room was large, comfortable and well maintained, though this is an older hotel. One issue was the strong cigarette smell that remained through my stay. Location is not near city center, but a Walmart & many eateries are across the street. I know this is a busy holiday week, but staff should be more welcoming.
