The room was comfortable and spacious and loved the automatic house butler. The laundry room is very convenient, which is great for our long-term guests. And the sanitation was very clean. The front desk also helped with express delivery. Although it is not in the city center, it is very close to the subway station. You can also see Dianchi Lake. Highly recommended.

This hotel is located in a building which has to share elevators with others floors. It makes me feel not safe. Not much things around this hotel to eat or see, you have to take 30 minutes subway to downtown or attractions. Taking about the room, it’s big and new with voice commands. However, the voice commands control the air conditioner which makes me crazy. You have to say the correct words to control it. After I checked in, I have tried many times to operate the air conditioner but it did not work for me. I called the front desk, they send people to control but still didn’t work. After many times trying, he figured out the correct words to say. OMG… if you don’t speak mandarin, don’t stay here. Another big problem is cleaning, see the pictures that I posted, they never clean the floor. I never heard sound of vacuum, the floor still dirty as the first day I checked in. The breakfast is simple but cold, even in the heater. Don’t know why. Overall, it is okay if you don’t mind the problems that I mentioned.

我們一家人定的是靈動大床房，以為衹有一個大床，但是沒想到那個沙發竟然也可以拉成床，簡直太便利了。酒店外觀非常的奢華，進入大堂給我一種低調優雅的感覺，進入大堂迎面就是服務人員非常熱情親切的打招呼，客房非常的有氛圍感，床墊非常的舒服，設施非常完善，工作人員都非常的專業很熟練的應對各種查詢，處理問題非常的出色，能夠及時為客人提供服務。酒店的餐飲也是非常不錯的，給我這趟旅行增添了不少色彩

It’s not in a great location, but it’s fairly close to subway line 1 and 4. The room is nice and big, and the bed was quite comfortable.
