Ulasan Kunming A Little Problem Youth Hostel

Lokasi, lokasi, lokasi yang luar biasa!!! Pemandangan dari balkon hostel ini fantastis. Lokasinya persis di depan Kunming Park dan semua pertokoan, dan 5 menit dari kereta bawah tanah. Yang lebih penting, harganya sangat, sangat, sangat terjangkau. Pemiliknya sangat ramah dan bersahabat, hostelnya sangat bersih (jangan lupa bawa handuk sendiri ;D), saya pernah bertemu tamu dari berbagai negara dan hostel ini membuat masa tinggal saya di Kunming sangat santai. Saya sudah bepergian dan mengunjungi banyak tempat di seluruh dunia, dan saya sangat merekomendasikan hostel ini.

Clean, comfortable beds and amazing views. The boss works very hard, is friendly and is good for recommendations and any questions. One of the nights he took guests for Yunnan food and a walk around the city, which was great and much appreciated. Very good value for money.

Recommended to go! The people were all really nice and social. The housekeeper also helps you to plan your plans in Kunming.

The location is very good, close to the main attractions and there are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores around. The receptionist is very nice and it seems he puts a lot of effort to keep the place tidy. The room was clean, with a great view, it was very cold there is a little heater (no AC) that you can use but doesn't do much, you are given a pair slide each (no towel given). There are 2 bathrooms for the whole place, 1 man and 1 woman. The squatting toilet, sink and shower are all in the bathroom, there is no toilet paper in the bathroom so you have to buy your own. The bathroom unfortunately is quite dirty, I have seen blood,poop and pee all over the toilet, also it gets blocked quite easily, I myself had to unblocked a couple of times before I could use it. There is very little sound insulation so you can hear people talking and singing in the reception sometimes even until 1am or going to the toilet, so make sure to take earplugs with you. There is no kitchen or fridge but there are 2 washing machines that you can use for 2 RMB. Free water in the reception, sometimes is not available but gets refilled regularly.

This is the best hostel I have stayed in China by far, all thanks to the amazing host who is truly passionate about helping travelers as he is a traveler himself! Everyday he was eager to help with my plans, help other foreigners with food, phone issues, anything that came up. This is also the first place that had a real hostel vibe where it's easy to connect with other travelers (Chinese and foreign) in the common space. I would recommend everyone to stay here in Kunming!

Definitely one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in!! Everything was really clean, the views are beautiful, and it’s right in the center of Kunming so close to loads of transport options. The owner also goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, he even lent me his phone when I needed help on my first day?? The social area is really nice too, and you’ll often find the owner and other guests spending time there. So I really recommend this hostel for solo travellers hoping to meet new people! I’ll definitely be back if I stay in Kunming again!!

Central location and excellent view. The owner is knowledgeable and very helpful.

Worthy of money. The boss is friendly and helpful. Feeling like living with family. I gave the hostel some flowers wishing people who come to stay here feeling happy, blessed and lucky.

What a fantastic hostel! Really clean and well run. The owner is exceptionally helpful. Maybe the best hostel I ever stayed in. It’s located inside a large building so my advice would be you may want to contact the owner in advance.

The location was perfect for one night in Kunming and the room has really a great view.

We had an amazing stay at this hostel/homestay. It's not so easy to find as it's part of a big building and it's just one of the appartements. You have to look for the correct number in the street and then enter via a security guard. Their you take the elevator to the 24th floor and look for the door that is on one of the pictures. We rented the room for two which had a beautiful view of the city and a very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and helped us with finding buses and making recommendations to visit. The bathroom can get a bit messy but they do their best to keep it clean.

That was great staying.. I really enjoyed it! Super friendly people and great service. Wanna come back..
