Ada tempat binatu mandiri di lantai 26 untuk digunakan tamu yang dilengkapi dengan fasilitas setrika, pengering, dan mesin cuci. Love this hotel, big and clean. The bed was soft and I could sleep so well. I stayed at 27th floor so I got a very nice view. The guy at reception (I don't know his name) was very helpfull. After he knew I could not speak Chinese, he tried every mean to help. Outside the hotel was plenty of food. From hotel, you can walk to Metro.

If you want to be near Kunming South railway station then this hotel is a good choice. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was also tasty.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, many food options to choose from. Hotel staff were super nice and helpful with sightseeing direction. Having self served laundry was a bonus. The negative was that no tourist map or sightseeing information.

The overall hotel service was good. The hotel is located at level 25 to 27. The surrounding area is a business district and near to Kunming South railway station. We were checked in to the hotel in mid night, and the hotel front desk staffs were helpful and excellent. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. Our room was at high floor and facing a nice city view. The restaurant is located at the basement. The breakfast is great with a lot of varieties and we liked the rice noodles and the pastries. We got the free ride to Kunming South railway station the next morning by a luxury minivan.

The room was very comfortable and nice for our short stay. Perfect for travellers travelling around Yunnan as well since it is 10 minutes away from the main train station in Kunming (Kunming South). The hotel also provides a free shuttle service every hour which made it very convenient for us. The shampoos provided were very expensive, high quality and smelled amazing, which was quite surprising! Highly recommend to stay.

Close to a subway station and not far from the kunming south rail station. Good for one night transitional stay.

This Kunming Jun'an hotel is very nice with good breakfast, I want to stay here next time.

The location is good, pick up upon arrival worked good. The room is modern and clean. The washing mashine and drier are also free and modern. The staff at the reception is also very kind and helpful. The hotel is in a huge building, but they occupe only the floors 25-26-27. This huge building has only 3 elevators and we needed always extra long time to go down or up (like 5-10 min.). Because this reason we arrived at 8:02 down to the reception and saw that the minivan left without us and we needed to call a taxi by our costs.

Good connectivity with subway station closeby and a short distance to the railway station. Lots of eateries and restaurants in the neighborhood. Nice and good sized room. Free railway station pick-up in a luxury vehicle.

Cozy hotel with modern-style. On top benefit is Train station pick up with luxury van.

The room is clean, we got a free upgrade. The lady at the front desk is very helpful call a taxi for us when we couldn't and arranged the train station drop off service. The breakfast was excellent and delicious.
