Ulasan Kunming Jun'an Hotel (University Town High-speed Railway South Station)

The hotel is in a very convenient location, many food options to choose from. Hotel staff were super nice and helpful with sightseeing direction. Having self served laundry was a bonus. The negative was that no tourist map or sightseeing information.

The location is good, pick up upon arrival worked good. The room is modern and clean. The washing mashine and drier are also free and modern. The staff at the reception is also very kind and helpful. The hotel is in a huge building, but they occupe only the floors 25-26-27. This huge building has only 3 elevators and we needed always extra long time to go down or up (like 5-10 min.). Because this reason we arrived at 8:02 down to the reception and saw that the minivan left without us and we needed to call a taxi by our costs.

Good connectivity with subway station closeby and a short distance to the railway station. Lots of eateries and restaurants in the neighborhood. Nice and good sized room. Free railway station pick-up in a luxury vehicle.

Although it was only for one night, the staff were very welcoming and the room was beautiful. We will definitely come back in the future for a longer period.

Really value for money! Clean and comfortable. They also provide a free ride to the Kunming south train station. Although you can get better breakfast in the station.

It's a brand new modern and clean hotel, which offers free shuttle to kunming south high speed railway station about 10 min away. It's convenient for overnight stay to catch the train next morning. The metro is a short walk away, 2 stops to kunming south railway. The rooms are located at the top 3 floors of the building and lift lobby is via another entrance beside the reception. The staff and driver are very friendly and provide ready assistance.

This hotel boasts a great location with everything being super new and modern. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful, making my stay exceptionally pleasant. Highly recommended!

The room we booked was a family one and has 2 floors, fitted our family of 4 perfectly. Room was clean and amenities were complete - only missing was spoons to stir the coffee. 🤣. But not a big deal considering the value for money for this unit and location was also very great.

A very new and clean hotel, everything is great, and it’s well equipped.

We got a free upgrade of room. It's a convenient location if you are travelling to Kunming South Station as there’s a free shuttle by the hotel. Furthermore, you can find a supermarket and lots of food stalls and restaurants in this neighbourhood, which comprised hotels and residential.

Only spent one night because of our train the next morning. Good and clean room and 13 min by car from the station!

the room is quite clean. the view of the room is great. the breakfast is not so good may be due to the price of the room!
