Safe keeping our luggages here before we gone to Xiashibanna. Given us a room with a good view of the city. Service oriented counter staff. Plenty of foods options nearby. It is quicker to take a fast train from Kunming South station to Kunming station. This hotel is walkable from Kunming North Entrance.

Good location only a short 10 min walk to the railway station. Clean and we had a great view of the city

Very good stay even though it is only 1 night. The receptionist was helpful and offered a bottle of water to me, when I returned late after check out to collect my luggage. Kudos! Use the underpass to get to the hotel from the Kunming metro station.

房间乾净舒服，理想的要求。High quality and very clean, neat and nice room within a good location. Many eateries store are downstairs and nearby with a supermarket available. 24hr counter service available and there are 4 lifts access to the block 3, 28 floor with a spacious unblocked entrance hall. This is a high price ratio and high quality stay. This is my 3rd night here and I strongly recommend to everyone on this particular establishment.

Clean, spacious and quiet hotel room with a nice view over the city. Head to building 3 (see picture) and ride to the 28th floor. Minus points because one of us had to shower with lukewarm water as the boiler ran out of hot water.

Excellent service. We are new to China so they helped us out to work out Alipay, bus and metro transport. Our stay was very pleasant, great city views. And we had access to washer which was very good after 3 weeks of travel.

Close to the train station with plenty of places to eat, even late at night. Everything in the room was fine and it was a nice, quiet and comfortable place to sleep before moving on the next day. Should I be in Kunming again with a connecting train I will surely stay there again.

Room is clean. There are various eateries around the hotel. The metro and kunming railway station is about 15mins walk away.

Excellent service and awesome city view, though sensitive sleepers should note that cars honking could still be heard from the 28th floor. They had a washing machine which was great, though we weren't allowed to use the drying function and so had to hang out clothes dry with the hangers they provided.

Our hotel has been using Safeguard shower gel, Pantene shampoo, Blue Moon hand soap, guest room frog prince mosquito coil liquid, etc. since its opening (all have genuine invoices)! Bedding, towels, bath towels, etc. are all cleaned by professional washing companies and are changed for each guest. After the room is cleaned, we will conduct disinfection inspections every day. If you come next time, you can book other room types of the hotel. Other room types have floor-to-ceiling windows. I hope you can book our hotel next time. Our hotel is newly renovated. Super happy with the room. Unfortunately really difficult to find as non-mandarin speaker, luckely other hotels around were helping out. Reception is on the 28th floor.

Great place to stay. Close to the train station and underground rail system.  The receptionist was very helpful as well.  Made our stay a great one given the language barrier.
