Very nice property on back waters…resort has water body in centre which is good to look at Good quality is good and service was good Rooms are good size but need renovation now as don’t seem like 5 star standard

According to the 4star given for this resort , I am writing this review. I cannot call this a resort it’s a hotel, hotel is good, staff is good and restaurant is ok. Don’t understand how these star ratings are given, on what basis these ratings are given plz explain..? Images shown in the app are excellent very spacious and looking gigantic but actually not, I don’t say very small but not as expected according to the images in the trip application.
