Room was reasonably large. Free drinks 18:00 to 21:00. Large bath. Friendly staff. Try the hotel restaurant below "Ryosai" for some sashimi (horse included)

The stay was very comfortable and everything was great. The room was clean and convenient for a solo traveler like myself and I got some good rest. It was easy to access with trams passing in front of the hotel. I would stay again when visiting Kumamoto!

My stay at Super Hotel Lohas Kumamoto Natural Hot Springs was a delightful experience. While the room was on the smaller side, it was thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight of my mornings was undoubtedly the breakfast, which offered a delicious spread of Japanese cuisine, perfectly capturing the essence of local flavors. Though I didn't have the opportunity to visit the natural hot springs this time, I look forward to experiencing them during my next stay. If you're seeking cozy comfort and authentic cuisine in Kumamoto, Super Hotel Lohas is a great choice.

Have alcohol beer to let guest enjoy unlimited alcohol. I buy 2 Sashimi boxes and enjoy the alcohol! Feel good!

There is a tram station near the hotel. It is not a commercial area and the streets are quiet. Clean room, comfortable accommodation

The bathhouse was clean and I was able to bathe in the natural hot spring even late at night, which warmed my body to the core. There was a choice of pillows so I was able to sleep soundly and stress-free. I was left to my own devices for the room selection, but it was a bunk bed, which surprised me at first, but the top bunk was small so it didn't bother me too much. I'll use this again.

The hotel is in a good location, with free hot springs on the 2nd floor and a self-service washing machine for only 100 yuan. There are not many options in the breakfast area, so if you add breakfast, it will be expensive, so don't add it.

The location is good, there is a tram station at the door, and it takes only 3 minutes to get to the bustling area by tram. The hot spring is small but clean, and the hotel is filled with aromatherapy. The price is reasonable, and it is a good choice for travel! Of course, the room is also relatively small.

The hotel is a bit out of the way in an area with no shops except for a convenience store... but located 10 minutes from the train station and shopping malls by bus or tram. Friendly welcome, clean room, the onsen, although small (maximum 5 people), is a real plus... no sauna or steam room. No daily housekeeping as is often the case in Japan, but a small bag with towels, toothbrushes, and a small bottle of water is provided every day. Washing machine costs 100 yen. There is a restaurant at the entrance, but I haven't tried it. Afternoon until 9 p.m., a free bar is available, with or without alcohol. Pillows are available, which is necessary because the room is very hard. There is a bus stop across the street from the hotel that goes to the train station. Checkout is at 10 a.m.... it's always early when you're off work.
