House keeper is so nice and everything is wonderful here. We can share a private beach here and it is a good place to meditation.

👍 Located on the best beach in Borneo. Forget about KK, if you want to have the best borneo experience, drive to this place (if possible). Private pool on your villa, 45 seconds walk to the beach, the sunset view is way better than the one in Tanjung Aru Beach. 👎 Come prepare with groceries to cook for yourself or drive to the closest restaurant (Tommy's Place or Seafood Restaurant - only cash)

Lovely chalet to stay in. There is private swimming pool and you can swim anytime even until midnight. The room is spacious and cozy. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The bathroom was not ensuite. It was outside and was very inconvenient when raining for elderly. Cleanliness was poor not worth the money and value. Breakfast not really nice to taste, limited choice.

Staffs are polite and responsive. However the cleanliness is really bad with blood stains on the blanket, bathroom amenities is old and rusty. Overall , does not worth the price paid.

Very comfortable and clean, service 👍 The downside is that it is 30 minutes away from the city center and the bathroom is outside! But I am satisfied enough to want to visit again~ The sea is also a 1-minute walk away

The advantages are good environment, single-family villas, each with a swimming pool, right by the sea, few people, quiet, and friendly waiters. But there are still many unsanitary corners, old facilities, many mosquitoes, freshly made breakfast, but few choices and not tasty, remote location, no supermarkets and restaurants around, half an hour drive to town for dinner. The kitchen is large and the kitchenware is very complete. It is really good to stay here if you are traveling with several families

A recommended seaside villa. The two families had a great time. The housekeeper was very responsible. No problem with language communication. We can contact you on WeChat. I will stay here again when I go to climb Mount Kinabalu next time.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the city, but the environment is quiet. There is a beach behind the hotel, and it is great to watch the sunset. However, there are many mosquitoes, which bite a lot of bags🤣

The hotel is very suitable for vacation, the beach is 3 minutes away from the hotel, and the sunset is beautiful. The housekeeper is also great, ben is very enthusiastic, and the hotel facilities are very clean, making people feel like coming home. There is a kitchen, and the breakfast is freshly made. It is very beautiful and delicious, so you must come to this place when you come to kudat.

We received a very warm welcome from the staff, with a few of them waiting for us at the villa. The villa was gorgeous. The common area, consisting of a living room and an open-concept kitchen, was a definite plus. The kitchen was fully equipped; you only need to bring your own ingredients to cook. The TV had access to Netflix and YouTube. There were also board games and good internet. The bed was fluffy and comfortable. The pool and the view were magnificent. Having a private gazebo and a beach all to yourself for BBQs was another great bonus. Definitely will repeat with my big and extended family. The downsides are that the villa is a bit old. The villa next to ours is damaged and can feel quite eerie at night. Additionally, the sambal served with the nasi lemak for breakfast could use some improvement in taste.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was amazing, the view and the room are very unique design. Workers are very accommodating. It’s a 10/10 from the room, view and service. It’s amazing if you are looking for a very romantic, chill and secluded place. We had fun highly recommended.

Casuarina Palms Villa is truly heaven on earth. Our first impression of the villa and surroundings were beyond expectations. As we walked through the front door (for the first time) we were instantly met with the sight and sound of the sea. Casuarina Palms is an impressive villa boasting 4 very spacious bedrooms and acres of living space (much bigger than we expected). The kitchen is superbly equipped and it was fun using a Teppanyaki for the first time. We cooked a delicious Garoupa from the local fish market on the Teppan. The private lava stone infinity pool is amazing, perfect for lounging in on a lilo for hours on end and long enough (21m) for decent lapping. The staff are really the best, so genuinely friendly attending to your every whim and fancy. Malaysian hospitality at its finest. Casuarina is guaranteed to wipe all your blues away and provide a unique ocean front experience that you will never forget. We will be returning.
