Hotel yang bersih, keadaan bilik yang bersih dan baru. Lokasi yang dekat dengan bandar namun perlu menaiki kenderaan untuk ke tempat menarik di sekitar bandar Kuching.

Sangat sangat bersih & selesa!! Saya ke Kuching untuk menguruskan sedikit kerja dan process check in sangat smooth since kita boleh remotely check in… concept keyless tu sangat membantu and process checkout pun sangat mudah. Saya suka nak stay sini lagi di masa akan datang and nak try bilik lain pula 🤭🤭 oh & breakfast dia pun quite nice 😋

Everything new. Bau cat dinding masih dpt di hidu. Maybe baru lepas renovation. Bilik selesa. Katil bantal yang sgt empukkkkkkk. Saya suka🤣👌 dpt dgr suara jiran sebelah 😆 about harga. Mmg ada mahal sikit. 👌

Overall, the room is clean and nicely designed. It has a modern style, and there’s a Batman photo inside the room, which reflects the movie theme of The Theatre Hotel. However, the soundproofing could be improved, as I could hear people walking outside from inside the room.

Nice and clean. Surrounding has many shops and restaurants. It’s also closer to town. With smart TV and free wife.

I recently stayed at Theatre Hotel, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is nice and new, and I was impressed by the modern touch – they no longer use access cards, instead, you use a code to enter your room, which is a fresh and convenient approach. The room was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. However, the breakfast could use some improvement. It would be great if they had an egg live station to offer more variety and freshly prepared options. Also, I would suggest expanding the bread selection for a wider range of choices. Overall, it’s a great place to stay with potential for a more enjoyable breakfast experience!

Very good and convenience location, nearby have many shop and restaurants. The room is new, nice and clean.

This is a well-renovated hotel in a very convenient location, just about a 10-minute walk to the Waterfront and many great dining spots. The breakfast, priced at MYR 20.00 for adults, is a good deal and quite delicious. On the downside, the room layout is a bit odd and doesn’t quite make sense. The windows are not soundproof, and the biggest issue is the noise — there are events happening every night until very late. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, this might not be the right place for you.

The Theater Hotel Kuching was a pretty solid choice for my business trip. I loved the keyless entry – no fumbling for cards at the door after a long flight! Check-in was a breeze, and the room itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed to get work done and recharge. The only downside? There was a big event happening in their hall one night, and the music definitely carried. If you're a light sleeper, maybe request a room further away. But overall, a good option for a quick business trip, especially if you value convenience and a modern vibe.

Room is very cozy, new and clean. But if you got a room facing the road, you might get disturbed with loud car or motorcycle, sometimes at 2PM. Even if there is a storm you will hear the thunder very loud.

Clean and kinda new hotel I think, all was ok. Just that the swimming pool can not be considered a swimming pool. It’s too narrow and small

The hotel is still new and i really love their security system.. the staff is good and their food are really delicious!

this is my genuine review. Location is superb, very near to city center, roughly about 5 mins grab ride (which usually costs about RM4.50-6). Hotel is relatively new so cleanliness is a 10/10. I got a room at level 5, hence i did not experience any noise that disrupted my sleep except honking from vehicles on the road. Do note that the hotel enforces strict rules but imo its reasonable of them to have such rules. Example are no stains to be spotted on bedsheets, else rm50 will be charged. I also like how they use smart technology here. Keyless entry to rooms, and no need to trouble yrself to call the receptionist like many other hotels. They communicate via whatsapp & i have to say their response is quite fast. I asked for an extra towel before and not long after a staff knocked to pass me one. Only thing i would suggest to improve is to not have many staffs lingering around the room for too long. Idk why eveey morning, afternoon, evening and even night, i see the housekeeping staffs outside hahaha. Also do note that there isnt any gym (i think!) and for muslim travellers, the restaurant below serves alcohol but is claimed to serve ‘halal’ food (this is common there). So if you’re like me who takes this seriously and prefer to dine at legitimately halal restaurants, do take note on this. However, there is Anuar Steamboat located about 8 minutes walk from the hotel. do try that out. Overall, i would definitely come back. Reasonably priced, great location, good cleanliness, responsive.
