Beautiful resort that really makes you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. The grounds are well maintained and really pretty, the huts are a bit plain, but have what you need. The rooms do get really warm which I feel could be solved by blocking off the high roof. This would make it easier to clean and make the room a bit smaller for the small air con unit to cool down. We also had a double hut that connected to another one with a thin door which didn’t lock. Great for families travelling together, but as we did not know the people staying in the other hut, we would have liked the option to lock the door. The walls are also really thin so we sometimes heard a bit more than what we wanted to hear. Some of the activities are incredible! Highly recommend the night jungle walk. The guides are really knowledgeable and managed to spot tiny (and sometimes not so tiny) creepy crawlers for us to see. The day jungle walk was fun and not too hard. “Easy” jungle hiking. The boat trip to Lata Berkoh was a waste of time. The boat trip itself is fine, but you get out to look at a big tree, then again at a “fish sanctuary” which is really just a few empty buildings and a guy selling fish food in recycled bottles. You then feed the fish in the river. Finally, the swimming spot is just a different part of the dirty river, with conflicting signs which state it is both safe and unsafe to swim. The night boat tour was ok. The guides really try to find things for you to see, but it really depends on which animals are out and about. So all in all, good experience, but recommend looking outside the resort for things to do during the day, we mainly just sat around until the next activity we had booked as it was too hot to do anything and many of the trails were too long to do in between min 3-5km. Also: note you cannot get to the resort by car! You need to leave it in the parking and take a boat (1RM per passenger) to get to the resort. Not bad, just not something we knew and it took us a while to figure it out in the dark. Food was ok

The Hotel is super located direct in the national park. Staff is friendly and offered breakfast and dinner were for us more than enough. Tours can be booked directly there. Only topic is that the cabins have seen already better times, the equipment is old and our first cabin hasn’t really light inside and the balcony was directly connected to the rain forest. After we changed the cabin it was much more better.

The hotel was overrated and overpriced. Their food and services need to be improved.

Absolutely love this hotel. Its located at the heart of the national park! Park center is also located within the resort, all the nature walks are literally a stone throw away. If you were to stay elsewhere, you have to cross the river. Breakfast and dinner were amazing! The jungle walk, late berkoh boat ride and night boat ride are absolutely must! Boat rides seat 4pax, so if you are in a party of 4 will be the best else you would have to find others to share or pay for the whole boat. River ferry to the village is just Rm1 each way. 1min ride and a avaliable readily, we didn't had to wait at all. In my opinion this is the beat place to stay in.

Good hospitality and many activities can done

It was a relaxing trip. Canopy is fun and worth going for. Activities are a bit expensive.

The rooms are musty, the floors are not maintained properly, the restaurant service is very poor, looks like they dont care, they get a lot of business weather they want or no, so they dont bother. The place is a paradise but the hotel can make it home for the guest, unfortunately its not, car parking is a hassle, there is no one to guide you when you arrrive near the river, very very poorly handled. there is 90% scope of improvement,

The price of Ctrip including breakfast and dinner is cheaper than the official website. You can actually sign up for the various daily guided activities when you arrive at the local area. You can also sign up at the hotel front desk, but it will be more expensive. The hotel facilities are really simple. Breakfast and dinner can only be said to be full, because there are basically no Chinese people staying, all foreigners have tastes, but the Malay curry and other things have no strange taste and are edible! It takes 2 minutes to get in and out of the hotel by boat, and it costs 1 Malaysian ringgit per person each time. Overall, ignore the environment and facilities, and just focus on the location!

The cottages are a little less beautiful than in the pictures. It is a beautiful area. Good breakfast. We have not seen any animals except the monkeys that walk on the property.

The main thing in this hotel is the location. The hotel itself is quite old and is more like 2 stars. The breakfast is excellent. The excursions, like the park itself, are wonderful. I really liked the work of the excursion staff, guides, reception, everyone is very attentive.

I really like the feeling of the forest cabin! Falling asleep with cicadas singing and birds chirping at night, the happy feeling of nature. You will also meet cute monkeys! Very interesting accommodation experience!

A hotel that is super close to nature, where you are like a top-notch garden. There are mostly European and American tourists, and the bathing facilities are relatively simple. There are monkeys to add to the fun. Buffet breakfast and dinner are acceptable.
