Overall things are fine with this hotel, reasonable room rate at prime location, MRT station just few minutes' walk from the hotel. Room is a bit but good for the price you pay. it's a bit noisy at night, and I can clearly hear the sound of water flushing from adjacent room as well as noise from the street, that's the only thing I concern with. If a foldable writing bench is available in the room that will be super helpful as I need to work on my laptop in the evening for business. Didn't opt for the hotel breakfast, plenty of options nearby. Check in at 2nd floor, and you can get extra bottle of drinking from there, that's nice.

Very convenient location. Not much expectation tho.. as it is not a 5 stars hotel.. But do expect these when you wanna stay here.. The room was not soundproof.. can hear the noise from the hallway & from the street.. There was a cold & hot water dispenser available near the lobby lift but it was not working and there were cockroaches in the hallway & in the room.. 😅😅 The management may need look into the maintenance of the water dispenser and have proper pest control..

What I like the most was the location everything is accessible if you stay here. Clean room with a city view is also one of my favourite thing about this hotel. If I had the chance to visit Kuala Lumpur the second time, I will definitely stay here.

Very convenient location, in front is the famous food street , nearby can go China town even twin tower.

Recently stayed at this hotel and it was fantastic. The location is perfect with easy access to attractions and a beautiful city view. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with thoughtful touches. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!

MOV Hotel Kuala Lumpur is a great choice for couples looking to stay in the heart of the city. The location in Bukit Bintang is perfect—just a short walk to shopping malls like Pavilion, Jalan Alor’s famous street food, and plenty of cafes and bars. It’s also near an MRT station, making it easy to get around KL. The hotel itself has a modern, stylish design. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the essentials. The rooftop pool was a nice touch, though it’s quite small. Housekeeping was generally good, though there were a few small maintenance issues, like a slightly damp smell in the bathroom. One thing to note is that because it’s in such a lively area, it can get a bit noisy at night, especially on weekends. Light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Overall, though, we had a great stay. If you’re looking for a well-located boutique hotel with a trendy vibe, MOV Hotel is a solid choice.

1. Superb location, with proximity to shopping belt, eateries and MRT station. 2. We were given a room with the view of PNB118, which was lovely. 3. Room was great, and well-appointed, and tastefully-designed. 4. In-room facilities were great. 5. Corridors were cheerfully bright. 6. Front Office Staff were very helpful. The check-in & check-out processes were smooth. 7. Breakfast at Coffeehouse were adequate, though was hopping for wider choice of food.

The hotel is within walking distance to Times Square Mall, Lalaport Mall, and Imbi Monorail Station, making it convenient for shopping and getting around. Check-in and check-out were fast. The room was clean, comfortable, and had strong air conditioning. Overall satisfied with my stay and will come back again.

Booked adjoining Club Rooms (2) from 31 March to 2 April. .We had a 3D/2N trip with my parents and daughter to enjoy KL as tourist during the Raya holidays. As we drove there, please note parking is RM2.20 per entry for guest, which need to be validated. Since we booked club room, there is a special check in at the lounge floor. (where the swimming pool /gym/spa is). Room was clean. Only the door between adjoining rooms is dusty (for improvement).We choose to have breakfast at the Thyme restaurant at LG instead of the club lounge. Breakfast was quite good with some hit and miss on the taste. The teh tarik at the breakfast was indeed a good welcome for us. (if only the temperature can be maintain hot from the dispenser). We went to the club lounge for the evening cocktails and find the varieties of food/ snacks a bit lacking compared to other 5 star surroundings hotel ie Pavilion Hotel. Would be great if noodles/rice or even the festive season delicacies to be offered such as kuih Raya delicacies ie. Roti Jala etc. The service from the club lounge staff was good and they are eager to please although there are several occasions of promising Teh tarik to my parents was a letdown as they could not fulfill it, both days when we were there. We had initially booked and paid for buffet for Raya on 1st April but the theme of buffet was suddenly cancelled with last day on 29 March. However Mr Syaffiq and his team from F&B team had graciously offered an alternative arrangement/ win win solution. The seafood was indeed fresh on Fisherman's Table buffet although it was lacking on varieties. However, it was compensated with various style of cooking ie Indian, Chinese(steamed), Western(deep fried) and Malay (Asam Pedas). We tried 3 of it and it was delish especially the Chinese and Malay style. The lamb grilled and lamb flap with BBQ sauce was also nice(we choose the one with less fat and grilled). Thank you and hope to get a good deal next time. We have indeed had enjoyable time in KL.

This is my second time stay in sleeping lion suite and this time is for 2 nights. Love the location is in the heart of bukit bintang and surrounded by so many malls including in Pavillion, TRX, Lot 10, Fahrenheit, berjaya time square and many more is all walking distance if u know the short cut is much faster. My bad this time I have accidentally book a smaller room. Junior suite is 19M2 Deluxe Suite is 21M2 Grand King deluxe and abv is 31M2 Hope sleeping lion management to bring down the parking charges FROM RM10 per day per entry to RM10 per night. My total parking charges for 3days 2 nights is RM30 just to park at the hotel parking premises.
