Booking dua bulan awal, then staf tu kata nak upgrade bilik ke safari due to family room full. Bila masuk tgok bilik utk family yang ada anak kecil. Turun balik cakap nak bilik seperti yang di booking asal, ada pula. Kita nak staycation semua adult. Sabar je la.

Hotel yang sangat bagus, bersihh dan lokasi di tengah trngah, mau ke sungai wang tinggal nyebrang, mau ke pavilion tinggal jalan dan ranjangnya cukup besar..

Staycation selama Tahun Baru Imlek!
Semua hal tentang hotel ini sempurna kecuali:
1. Jalur parkir di Pan Pac, dekat pintu keluar sangat sempit terutama untuk mobil panjang! Sulit untuk mengarahkan mobil agar tidak tergores.
Parkir tidak lebih tinggi dari lantai 4 untuk menghindari jalur sempit.
2. Toilet kadang-kadang mengeluarkan bau aneh karena masalah drainase, tetapi segera diatasi oleh teknisi.
Sarapannya biasa saja.

Hotel ini berlokasi bagus di pusat perbelanjaan Clear Pavilion, Bukit Bintang. Dan tepat di seberang halte bus Hop-on and Hop-off. Makanan kantin bervariasi dan lezat! Layanan Collection Club sangat baik dan penuh perhatian. Saya sangat menikmati respons cepat mereka. Poin-poin yang perlu ditingkatkan: 1. Dekorasi interior kamar tidak sesuai dengan bintang 5. 2. Pemandangan jendela kamar Premier Club King terhalang oleh tanaman dan pagar jaring.
