Location strategic . Kebersihan memuaskan. Aircond sejuk dan tidak bising. Air bersih. Tilam bersih dan selesa. Safety 👍🏼 Bilik agak kecil dan tiada berus gigi. Tiada kain lap kaki.

Sesuai dengan harganya, sarapannya enak. Staf pelayanan sangat ramah dan responsif.

Secara keseluruhan ini adalah pengalaman menginap yang baik. Kamar sedikit lebih kecil dengan standar normal. Berjalan kaki dari Stasiun LRT Masjid Jamek sekitar 300 hingga 400m. Keunggulannya sangat dekat dengan sungai kehidupan, gedung sultan abdul samad dan semua objek wisata dekat alun-alun merdeka. Deposit MYR50 diperlukan pada saat check-in. Harga sarapan adalah MYR10+ untuk set ala carte.

The hotel is comfortable and is located near the central market where you can buy souvenirs. Just grab and maxim is hard to get in this area.

This is not my first time at this hotel and not likely to be the last. Maybe not immedately though as there are several other hotels in the vicinity and I like to try out over time. Service was great, check-in was smooth so was check-out - no please wait while we check the room. There is a RM50 deposit which us returned on check-out. The room came with a kettle, sachets of tea and coffee as well as 2 small bottles of drinking water which can be refillled at a dispenser in the lobby. I did not take the breakfast as the are several choices nearby. The bathroom was spacious and had toothbrushes and toothpaste. The were dispensers for shampoo and shower. The chrome fittings were nice and shiny unlike most other places which usually had watermarks.

All ok accept for dispensary should have in each room so customer no need to go down and bring their cups at the lobby. Maybe should add on hair dryer in each room.

Room is clean n comfortable. But the shower was terrible. Water is not even warm and it’s flow is slow. No parking available even when it was advertised. Need to park at central market and fees are high Est abt rm20 average.

Great location nearby the tourist attractions just in a walking distance.. And if you love shopping and local food, you wouldn't be disappointed 😊

booked a room with window through trips.com but the hotel provided us windowless room. you have to pay rm15.90 for parking and the parking space they provided is only at the backstreet. checked in with dirty stain on bedsheet. however their reception are nice and friendly

Great location for shopping and tourist attraction. Worth what you pay for budget travel.

This kind of room mislead customer. They gave 2 single bed while claimed as queen bed. Pls gave accordingly to customer as what they deserved to get. Just tell them the truth. But overall no issue. Tips: Pls provide customer with drinking water or at least water filter system once for every floor.
