What I like the most was the location everything is accessible if you stay here. Clean room with a city view is also one of my favourite thing about this hotel. If I had the chance to visit Kuala Lumpur the second time, I will definitely stay here.

Clean and relatively new hotel. Everything was working properly. The hotel was under renovation so it's a bit noisy but the management was wise enough to put up notices to inform the guest. In the heart of KL. Central to everything.

STAY AWAY FROM STARUS HOTEL unless you love cockroaches. Hotel fully infested with them . Not. 1 or 10 whole hotel is infested hundreds of cockroaches everywhere.

this hotel is a nightmare.they doing the construction still opening the hotel.They have a excavator drilling start from 8am. The whole room are shaking.I feel like my brain melting.this is insane. Please beware！！！！ they claimed that they keep the noise controlled which is fake!

Flexibility during check in by the front reception would be good. They strictly only allowed after 3pm which make all the incoming guests wait at the lobby. Not nice. Early check in charged at RM30 per hour. High rate.

Clean and comfy room. Steps away from the strip of massage parlour and Jalan Alor street food, Bukit Bintang. Rigid check in time from 3 p.m onwards though.

Starus Hotel Bukit Bintang is a well-located hotel in Kuala Lumpur, close to shopping, dining, and public transport. It offers spacious rooms, a pool, and friendly service, making it suitable for families. However, due to its location near nightlife areas, it can be noisy at night.

We were satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The people at the reception are nice and friendly. The room was rather spacious but a bit dark in the evening. The location is nice. There’s a food street near the hotel. The famous Petronas twin towers are also possible to reach on foot.

I stayed here for one night and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped, with convenient lights and charger plugs at both bedsides. The dim light at the table corner was the only small drawback, as it made working or reading there a bit difficult. The hotel’s location is fantastic. It’s just a short walk to Thai Street and Pavilion Street, surrounded by a variety of shops and eateries. Even though I didn’t book a breakfast package at the hotel, finding delicious breakfast options nearby was incredibly easy, thanks to the many choices in the area. For the price, this hotel offers excellent value. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and a prime location.

Paid for an upmarket suite. Apricot Room 1014 No lights in kitchen and entrance completely missing with just wiring showing. Net privacy curtain completely missing Window tinting in poor state Room in overall poor condition Complained and moved to the same type of room on level 8 room 814. Wasted 2 days stay in the first room. The hair dryer in room 814 didn't work Overall the hotel is in a poor condition and I would not stay there again.
