There are ants and mosquitoes in the room. The room smells bad. Deposit RM100 only accepted in cash and before check out, they will check the room then only refund. And no shampoo or body wash.

Great location but it’s not a 4 star hotel standard. Surprisingly their bed is quite comfortable

Good hotel but checking and checking process takes very long. Long queue and 2 customer counter only. Will not recommend

Staff was friendly and 24 hours service is available at the hotel hotel strategically located at the heart of the city, best for solo travellers and people who likes to explore the city. All the malls and bars and clubs are very close by to this location.

Cleanliness room & my request has been met. Room is comfortable & location is just near to Jalan Alor. Parking available, but if can just free for guest is better because room price quite high. Beautiful city view with TRX building.

Walking distance to all hotspots around Bukit Bintang such as Jalan Alor, malls & eateries.

Perfect location just walking distance to some popular area in the city center! Minus we were staying when they renovating the hotel, so much noise from the room

What I like the most was the location everything is accessible if you stay here. Clean room with a city view is also one of my favourite thing about this hotel. If I had the chance to visit Kuala Lumpur the second time, I will definitely stay here.

Clean and relatively new hotel. Everything was working properly. The hotel was under renovation so it's a bit noisy but the management was wise enough to put up notices to inform the guest. In the heart of KL. Central to everything.

STAY AWAY FROM STARUS HOTEL unless you love cockroaches. Hotel fully infested with them . Not. 1 or 10 whole hotel is infested hundreds of cockroaches everywhere.

this hotel is a nightmare.they doing the construction still opening the hotel.They have a excavator drilling start from 8am. The whole room are shaking.I feel like my brain melting.this is insane. Please beware！！！！ they claimed that they keep the noise controlled which is fake!
