Tempat ini terletak di jantung Desa Sri Hartamas, di mana Anda dikelilingi oleh ratusan gerai makanan dan minuman…. Pusat kebugarannya sangat baru dan kolam renangnya memiliki pemandangan yang sangat indah…. Air di kolam renangnya bagus…. Staf layanannya ramah dan sangat membantu… Saya check out pukul 12 siang, tetapi transportasi saya baru akan tiba pukul 3 sore, jadi staf mengizinkan saya untuk nongkrong di area kerja bersama yang memiliki AC dan WiFi gratis… terima kasih… akan merekomendasikan tempat ini kepada semua rekan saya

Akses mudah, ada tempat makan di dekat situ. Kamarnya wangi. Pemandangan yang sangat menakjubkan dari lantai #21

Lokasi yang luar biasa, di tengah Hartamas. Dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki ke banyak restoran. Tempatnya baru dan bersih, fasilitasnya sederhana dan dasar. Netflix tidak tersedia, perlu ditautkan ke akun Anda sendiri. AC berfungsi dengan baik. Es krim gratis dari bar es krim disediakan

Hotel yang sangat bagus Saya menginap di hotel ini ketika saya bepergian. Itu seperti rumah saya yang lain dalam bahasa Melayu. Masa menginapnya sangat nyaman, bersih dan rapi. Saya tinggal di lantai 15 dan bisa berenang, itu bagus. Kolam renangnya juga bagus!

Kamar hotel besar dan sangat bersih. Orang-orang di meja depan keamanan sangat baik. Lingkungan sekitar bagus dan nyaman. Saya akan tinggal di sini lagi lain kali saya datang 😁

Tempat menginap yang bagus, dilayani oleh Bamboo Hospitality dan kebetulan menjadi tuan rumah yang sama dengan tempat saya menginap sebelumnya di dekatnya. Stacy luar biasa, tanggap terhadap pertanyaan, dan memberi saya petunjuk check-in yang jelas. Saat tiba, saya menemukan bahwa staf housekeeping tidak membawa handuk, Stacy segera menanggapi dan menyelesaikannya. Dia wanita yang sangat membantu dan baik hati, saya tidak sabar untuk bertemu langsung dengannya.

Unitnya luas dan bersih. Koridornya bisa berisik di pagi hari karena orang-orang berbicara sangat keras dan menutup pintu.

It's a new building, with amazing amenities and build quality. The bed was extremely comfortable, while the gym and pool are excellent. The washer works as intended and the water pressure was more than adequate. Since there's so many eateries around we did not use the kitchen at all. Free parking is a much welcome added bonus that any other properties in the area offer. However, our stay had some hiccoughs that made it far from perfect: - the fridge is noisy (being in a studio unit there is no separating wall to insulate) - we were unpleasantly surprised at 6:30am by a very loud humming noise, which I attributed could be from the central HVAC system. This noise was so loud that echoed throughout the entire hallway and I experienced dizziness and tinnitus shortly after, having shortened my intended rest by a few hours. After peaceful silence during night time, the situation repeated itself the following morning. When I questioned the staff about it, the young lady at reception was clueless, asked me if it was maintenance, and that they would "check". Another issue is the deposit at check-in. At checkout and upon confirming everything is fine with the room, "per policy" the deposit charge is to be refunded at a later time, which I find unacceptable, as any other place immediately returns it at checkout. I had to convince the staff to reluctantly process the refund on the POS machine.

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel but the view was not scenery as it's just a building and houses. They provide complementary can drinks and tea bags but I'm hoping in the future they add in some coffee sachets as an option as well. The facilities were OK but nothing much.

Was unfairly charged 100myr for very mild food stains on the bedsheet. Tried to dispute it with the staff but they insisted that it would be changed as per “their MD’s new orders” Charged without trying to wash the sheets or anything. Checkin was ok, got a high floor. Lifts are slightly slow and may require 2-3mins of waiting. Room was overall comfortable and clean. Only 1 saucepan is provided in the svc apt along with basic cutlery. Built in washer/dryer was quite noisy and not user intuitive. Otherwise apart from the unfair charge would have given 4 stars.

This is our second stay at Societie Hotel and it’s just as good as the previous. Excellent location, new facilities, and lovely staff!

Booked for colleagues from SG. They were impressed. Good food choices all around the hotel. They were very pleased on their stay.

Ally and her team were quick to assist when I needed something. I really appreciate their help and understanding. Will surely return back.

Prefer location plenty of foods around. Kids enjoy the stay & receptionist was very helpful.
