We had a good stay! Iron and water filter are provided on every level. Room was clean and comfortable! Good facilities provided. Easy to find the location. Right next to TMG Mall IM7 No elevator, you need to carry your bags upstairs. RM50 deposit needed.

The hotel location is good, easy access to variety of eateries and convenience stores. Cleanliness is fair. I booked a king size bed but there's only 1 room for that type of bed which has already been given to someone else. The info need to be rectify in the web, if there is no availability for that kind of room. The access card to the front entrance cannot be used, hence need to wait for hotel staff to open it for you. Otherwise, overall stay was okay.

I haven't check in, I arrive at location at 7pm, they said their property "over booked" but already deduct my money, they also said will refund, up until today yet to receive refund, receptionist said he don't know how to solve it, then I just walk in to other hotel, disappointed.
