I didn’t read my email. They sent an email after 8pm informing us our key details as we check in at 11:15pm. Everything is so good, key pick up, drive to room and park beside our cabin. U can view stars from the room ceiling window. There’s a balcony with table and chairs, view of snowy mountains, damn beautiful. We drove out at night away 20mins from cabin and found our fist northern lights at 1:20am super excited!!! This lodge is fantastic we will back to stay if we come back to Tromso.

It takes 7 minutes by bus to get to the center of Tromso, and 20 minutes by foot. ・Facilities There is a kitchen, laundry room, shared toilet and shower. ・Room introduction I stayed in a single room. Rental car service is available. There are lots of cats! Thoughts on the stay The floors were generally clean, as you had to change from shoes to slippers at the entrance. The cats in the hotel were also cute. The hotel itself was nice and I would like to stay again next time. One thing that was puzzling was that I never met the receptionist and didn't know where the reception was, so I was confused about that.

Basic hotel but you have the essentials. It is clean very close to the main street where all the shops are located. The breakfast buffet is very simple but you have a little bit of everything. You always have tea or coffee available in the hall if you feel like it. They also have a parking service in the back, it is fair but it gives you the service, I used it and although it was an ice rink at least you know that your car is ok since parking on the street is mission impossible and everything is pay.

Very near to Tromso Airport. We arrived on 31.12.2024 night. Our baggage was delayed by more than 1.5 hour. By the time we got out from airport, there was a long queue at the taxi stand. So we decided to walk. Walking ~20 minutes (1.6km). Upon our arrival, one hour before countdown. The hotel staffs were very busy. One of them came to check us in. She was very friendly and kind. She gave us the room overlooking the sea and airport. Bus 28 (50m away) straight to the town. The only downside is the bed and pillow. They are too firm. Overall we are happy with our stay.
