G12 Aparthotel

Heating wasn’t working properly. The front desk tried fix it but didn’t work so they upgraded me to a different room. The original bathroom has a strong 渠味. Check in is supposed to be done though getting the PIN code via SMS but didn’t work with me until I had to call them twice. No front desk reception either but they are available on WhatsApp.

Apartment was lovely and clean, equipped with plenty of towels and bedding. Great location right near the main square and there’s a great donut place on the same street!! The TV only has polish channels but some can be changed into English and the tea and coffee only lasts 2 days depending on consumption. We booked through a company so had no idea what to do on arrival but as soon as I rang the office they sent through all the details and codes, helping us super quickly! All in all a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend to anyone coming to visit.

Lovely clean place nice modern bathroom . Location is amazing and super easy to get to. Sofa bed was easy to set up and perfect for last monite bookings. Absolutely no complaints would 100 percent come here again. Came with friends but nice ambient sounds and environment

Communication was excellent. The room was spacious enough with a pull out couch. Everyone had their own space to sleep. and the accomodations were very comfortable. The location was excellent and my family couldn't have been happier. Thank you!

I was staying at this apartmenthotel only for one day, but now I can say I would love to come back. Clean room, easy access, very close to all attractions, comfortable bed, very silent location, amazing spot to stay for good vacation in Krakow. Enjoyed our stay in very much. Thank you

Location, location, location. Very close to main square, very clean nicely renovated place. Great place to stay, will use it in the future. Near all restaurants and stores. Everything you need is within 100 meters. Great service and communication.

Great little room 100m from the main square on the Main Street, perfect location for everything, very clean, beds were comfy. Even though there isn’t a reception in the hotel you just call or message the number and they help straight away. I’d stay again. Just be aware no lift if you are not good with stairs

The location could not be any better!! There’s so much to do around the hotel and it’s a great price. The apartment is really clean, a decent size and has air con, which was good for our stay as it was so warm in Krakow. The breakfast is decent and there are luggage storing facilities a close walk to.
