Ulasan Krabi Chada Resort

Disediakan minuman selamat datang (jus anggur) saat kedatangan, ada kucing di lobi. Kedap suara yang layak, dan fasilitasnya bersih. Resor ini dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki sebentar ke atas bukit sehingga tidak ada suara lalu lintas, ~15 menit berjalan kaki ke pantai. Wifi di beberapa bagian kamar terkadang agak tidak stabil.

Terdapat sebuah masjid di depan hotel, dan dibutuhkan lebih dari 1 kilometer berjalan kaki dari Pantai Ao Nang. Hotelnya ber***a taman khas Thailand, dan tempat tidur di kamar sangat empuk. Teman yang suka tidur di ranjang keras sebaiknya tidak memilih opsi ini! Secara pribadi, saya merasa bahwa di lokasi di Krabi ini, hotel dengan lingkungan seperti itu dengan tarif 500➕ per malam tidak terlalu hemat biaya. Staf acuh tak acuh ketika check-in.

sesampainya di resort ada masalah di ruang udara, teknisi dipanggil dua kali untuk perbaikan. sama rusaknya saya menghabiskan 2 malam tanpa tidur karena panas di dalam kamar. Saya mulai dengan manajer tentang masalah tersebut setelah 2 hari mereka mengganti kamar saya. Masalah-masalah ini tidak boleh terjadi pada saat kedatangan para tamu pihak resor harus bertanggung jawab untuk menemukan kamar agar kedatangan para tamu tidak dapat menyelesaikan masalah pada menit-menit terakhir pasti menghindari resor ini.

Ketika kami tiba di hotel, mereka menyuruh kami untuk meningkatkan kami ke hotel lain dan membiarkan kami pergi ke hotel lain. Hotel itu cukup jauh. Akan memakan waktu lebih dari 10 menit untuk berkendara turis, bagaimana kita bisa sampai ke sana? Membawa kotak besar ke sana? Atau naik taksi lagi? Kemudian setelah memesan itinerary yang sudah termasuk transfer, Anda harus mengubah semua hotel penjemputan dan pengantaran dengan perusahaan itinerary. Sesampainya di kamar standar yang diberikan hotel lain, saya pesan tempat tidur yang besar, kamarnya wangi sekali, saya matikan AC selama dua malam untuk tidur, saya pesan kamar ini karena ingin melihat pemandangan gunung tidak melihat pemandangan gunung, jadi tidak bisa tidur. Hotelnya padat dan sulit dijelaskan. Saya hanya bisa memberikan 1 poin.

The hotel is a nice hotel to stay. with the price that you pay, you will get big room. ours is a seaview room on top floor. once you wake up in the morning, you will see the amazing view of the Andaman sea. once we arrived, the staff served us the welcoming drink. it was refreshing. the breakfast buffet was decent. it's suitable with the price you pay. however, they don't provide toothpaste and toothbrush and also no ironing board and iron. when we asked for it, they say they don't have it. that's quite disappointing.all of the staff did great job. big compliments to them. on the whole, I recommend staying here..

Got a room like this and the staff there don’t care anything. Extremely ridiculous service from the receptionist and all other staff. Never stayed at hotel at this worst condition. Lose money and time as we check out immediately after seeing the condition of hotel. Will report to relevant authorities as the condition of the hotel may affect your safety.

Location is okay but not too much for parking. First impression when we were at check-in counter the staff did not pay attention much to guest. The room was old especially bathroom and the room key really old. It's not a card like 4 star hotel should be. And not look clean as much as much possible. Many thing look broke. The view from balcony is nice. But the balcony not look clean much. Breakfast was okay. The F&B staff were nice. Better than front desk.

Hotel website -- 35sq.m for all room type, but actually our garden view (the cheapest) room is kind of small, and the hotel admits that 4 room types are of different sizes. Hotel website -- bathrobe provided, but actually NO Kind of an old hotel, even the towels are old, why don't they even change the towels to buy a good impression for the customers? Hot water for shower is kind of broken. 80% of the time we didn't have hot water. The toilet cover was broken when I went in. The service was really not international, corresponds to the age of the hotel. The swimming pool on the 2nd floor is good. The compensated us with some fruits, thanks.
