Room was ok. Bathroom was too small. There was only one bath towel and no face or hand towel. Also, there was no toilet paper.

Location is good , close to the market area. But the hospitality is not up to the mark. The room service is poor , no one attends the phone for room service . The room AC remote dosnt work and there was no response from the team .

Hotel was staying middle of the town, very poor hospitality. Complimentary breakfast was really good
rooms are old one full of dust and dirt on cot and side walls. Bathroom was average we need to contact them for water bottle towel and all. No dental kit found we will get so many other options in calicut with better facilities eg: keys, manuelsons malabar palace,

The experience was superb...food was good but a bit on the expensive side. The room service was excellent 👌. Room was a little bit smaller but served the purpose..overall a pleasant experience

Location was good but the amenities provided was very bad. We checked in at 6pm in the evening on 29th to a deluxe room with double occupancy. To our surprise found the bed sheets ask looking filthy and uncleaned. It was smelling moist. No room freshener was used to remove the stinc. Only one bath towel was provided with no hand towels and toilet tissue paper. No napkins or tissue papers were provided in the room. Telivision had no channels worth watching. I had to request for everything. It was a very bad experience and never will i recommend this place to anyone. Fortunately the room service and hose keeping was good. They provided is with the necessary stuff. Please escalate this issue to the hotel management without fail. Thank you. Vasantha mohandass
