Hotel located near to Calicut railway station. Good hotel. But room size too small.

We received a room upgrade which was nice. The room was spacious although bathrooms are small. Hot water is readily available although they turn it off and you have to request it be put on. Bed was comfortable. Air con was not great. Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was ok. Staff were nice. Location was good

i recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. the room was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities i needed. the staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any request. i especially enjoyed the breakfast—such a variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day! the location was ideal, close to major attractions and easy access to transportation. overall, a fantastic stay, and i would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable experience.

Small room with a very tiny bathroom. Bed comforter was not at all clean. It was full of hairs. I didn't bother to complain as i didn't want to ruin my day.

Stay was good. Requested 2 bottles of water, i directly came to the reception around 11pm. The staff said they will send it to the room directly. But never received it. The room was clean but, we saw cockroaches on the floor while opening doors in the room 305.
