綺麗にリフォームされた一軒家です。
立地は最高で、滝の拝の上流側で川を見下ろせます。
台所もあるので、ちょっとした自炊やスーパーで買ってきた刺身を切ったりもできます。
また、バーベキューなどができる屋根付きベランダがあります。
国道42号線から滝の拝までの道路は、近年劇的に改善されており、古座川での釣りや川遊びだけでなく、串本など海に出るにも結構便利です。
夏は、蚊取り線香や電気器具があった方が、網戸でも安心して過ごせると思います。
