Good hotel.Jotel been well upgraded. Look new. Reception frarah excellant. Meet director of room Bernard, amazing guy and wealth of knowledge, humble and good public relation. Room 830 only issue was TV all the channel need to adjust or fix screen not clear (running line).Young Bell boy with spetical amazing(selfie photo) . Good knowledge on local area.. I love your rain shower wonderfully cold water shower the best among other hotels. Did not have any photos A I am return guest. See you soon.

I booked the city view room, but at the end got a corner room with a view of city, sea and sunset! 🌆 Couldn’t even dreamed about better room😇 Room itself is very spacious, bed is huge and very comfortable. I booked without breakfast so can’t not say anything about it. But the hotel is really worth the money. Little downside is there a big night club in front of the hotel and even with good sound isolations you can hear some music beats But it’s mostly on weekends

Lovely hotel, a little old (it opened in 1977) but you can feel it has got a lot of character. Kudos to EVIS from Bell Service, he’s a humble gentlemen who loves to engage with his guests. He assisted me with my luggage and escorted me to my room. He knows the hotel inside out and loves to share his insights. Also a shout out to MARY from front desk, she is amazing. She is multi functional with assisting me to check-in PLUS helping me with concierge matters regarding my flight ticket. Exceptional staff. Thank you for having me!

Awesome service, friendly, supportive, kind and professional stuff. Fast and efficient, caring as well. Hotel is by the beach, their private part of the beach is clean and very lovely. Food is tasty, very fair price, different varieties, as well a la carte options are nice and cheap. Highly recommended. Very pleasant stay, location is perfect, activities, gym, golf, bar on the roof with awesome view, bar on the beach as well. Great stay, beds are comfortable, had a very good sleep as well. Thank you all for great experience, appreciation for all stuff members, from management, concierge, dinning stuff and receptionists - exceptional behavior and professionalism! Bravo! p.s. Fabulous service, room was impeccably, clean, and modern, host to hotel was very responsive through WhatsApp, location, right in the heart of KK, bed, super comfortable, and the pillows, one issue was just the check in part. You do need to have WhatsApp, and not only dead on your phone, but to be able to call the host in order for them to let you in the door. I did mention a suggestion to the host about just adding a doorbell for people who aren’t tech savvy. But other than that everything was perfect. Secondly, you do need to climb stairs. You will need to climb to the second floor just to get to their level then you climb another floor to get to the hotel. 

While the property and rooms could benefit from some refurbishment, the stunning beachfront location more than makes up for it. The service was commendable, with friendly and helpful staff who made the stay comfortable. If you’re seeking modern amenities, this might not be the right fit for you. However, if you appreciate a rustic getaway surrounded by mountains and the ocean, with opportunities to spot wildlife like monkeys and monitor lizards, you’re sure to enjoy your stay.

The location is perfect as it is in the centre of the city. You can find food around this area. The room itself is reasonable big and clean. Only disappointed by the basic function like the bathroom ventilation fan is not presented. Water pipe need a fix and water sink clogged.

The sunset view and night view of the landscape restaurant are very beautiful. The interior of the room may not be so clean and novel due to years of operation, but the balcony can still see the beautiful scenery of the mountain. Although there is a jacuzzi in the bathroom, it is no longer usable. The shower head is also difficult to use because the hot water faucet knob is broken. The ecology around the resort is very rich. If you have the opportunity, you can walk around the resort and observe the flora and fauna. But don’t walk alone on the road outside the resort at night, because there are many wild dogs nearby, so be careful of wild dog attacks.
