Hotel ini cukup baru. Lokasi sangat bagus tepat di seberang jalan dari pusat perbelanjaan Suria. Ruangan itu modern, bersih dan luas. Pelayanannya luar biasa!

di sebelah pusat perbelanjaan, toko yang nyaman. Anda dapat mengunjungi kios jajanan yang terletak sangat rapi di dekat hotel. Kolam renang dan restoran rooftop sangat indah dan pemandangannya bagus. Gym menghadap ke pemandangan gunung. Saya akan mengunjungi hotel ini lagi lain kali.

Terima kasih Hyatt Centric atas kejutan kue ulang tahunnya. Saya sangat senang dan menghargainya.. Kamarnya indah, nyaman & besar. Mandi sangat bersih & bagus. Pemandangan dari kamar sangat spektakuler (pemandangan laut). Kolam renang & bar di puncak gedung juga indah di momen matahari terbenam. Sarapannya enak dengan banyak variasi. Secara keseluruhan tinggal di sini adalah hal yang luar biasa bagi kami.

Pengalaman menginap yang luar biasa, pemandangan indah dan akses mudah ke pusat perbelanjaan dan dermaga pulau harapan. Hanya sedikit kecewa adalah sarapan tidak banyak pilihan untuk bersantap.

Kami pergi untuk perayaan ulang tahun pertama kami dan hotel dengan baik memberi kami kue dan dekorasi sederhana berdasarkan permintaan. Anda dapat memarkir mobil Anda di luar hotel dengan risiko Anda sendiri, tetapi mereka juga memiliki parkir mobil valet yang sangat nyaman. Kamarnya juga bersih, bagus dan lengkap dengan kebutuhan pokoknya. Pilihan sarapan prasmanannya oke tapi tidak begitu banyak variasi pada makanan utama. Hotel ini terletak di seberang mal Suria Sabah, jadi Anda tinggal menyeberang jalan dan berjalan kaki ke mal. Secara keseluruhan, itu adalah pengalaman hebat menginap di Hyatt Centric.

Despite the gloomy weather my friends and I had an enjoyable stay. Highlight is the 23F bar, good food and cocktails are super delicious. Highly recommend anything based with rice wine and plum. Love the staffs, very friendly and responsive. Even after last order they managed to make an exception and made my fav cocktail haus bah. The service will definitely be one of the reasons for my future comeback stay here.

Room was clean and view was good too, Hillview for the greenery. Good place to stay, might be slightly pricy but do try their breakfast, it’s good. Really great stay for me to get away from stress

All right so 5 stars in general for the hotel BUT a big 1 star for the food (not including breakfast that was very good) lunch and diner is a big joke for such a hotel. We had lunch and I paid 100$ AUD total for beef striploin 300g (178MYR or so) and my girlfriend chicken noodle. I also ordered a lemon tart and I thought it was a joke at first. Great location! I booked the twin sea room but they upgraded us to a deluxe room king bed although I specifically say I want to keep my twin bed room… Extensive menu at their breakfast buffet too.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist with any request. The check-in process was smooth, and I was quickly settled into a spacious, well-appointed room. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities, a very comfortable bed, and beautiful hills views. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything tidy, and the attention to detail was impressive. The bathroom was stocked with high-quality toiletries, and the shower was refreshing with great water pressure. I also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to different tastes. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the ambiance was relaxing. There also gym & swimming pool located at level 23.

Enjoying himself so much inside the house. Easy to go around with shopping mall just opposite hotel. Celebrates birthday at the hotel cafe. Nice.
