Not received any instruction to get key after 3.00pm. I need to call owner then after more than 10 times then owner pickup. Owner also charge me RM200.00 as security deposit. They not mention actual amount at Trip.com. Which is for me quite expensive.

I sent an email to the owner and learned that you must use whats app to arrange check-in. In fact, all information can be completed through email, but we are required to communicate only through whats app. After arriving in Kota Kinabalu on a night flight, I took my family and children with me, and then I had to look everywhere for how to download the WhatsApp app (for Android devices, it is not available in the app store). Very embarrassed! After getting the check-in instructions, I had to go to the 32nd floor to get the key in the middle of the night. There was a gym. There was no one there in the middle of the night, and half of the area had no lights. The atmosphere was very scary. In addition, a reminder to those who are not good at English, this B&B does not have Chinese services. At the same time, the B&B does not provide anything including hand sanitizer and soap! You don't have to provide toothbrushes and towels, but there is no hand sanitizer, which is the first time I have encountered this! If you stay for a long time, it is worth staying here if you are good at English. But if you only stay for two or three days, there will be all kinds of troubles, and it feels better than staying in a hotel.
