I am a tourist from Jiaozuo Mengzhou, Henan. Xin Kaicheng's service did not say that there may not be a chain that sounds famous. But the service is definitely above the chain. The front desk and the security attitude are very good, free children's supplies, free Coke Sprite, free airport pick-up. The picture is the boss personally driving the plane, I have experienced it. I didn't even look at the customer's notes. The welcome fruit and freshly ground coffee in the order were not prepared. I had to contact the platform customer service in the evening before they were delivered. The fruit was rotten and not valuable. Since the hotel has added these services, please do it well, otherwise it's better not to do it. GGuest UserI booked a 4th floor room and it was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom sink and shower area. Several pieces of floor tile are loose and the toilet has a strong sewage smell. After one awful night, I upgraded to a renovated room on the 3rd floor. Still not clean and hair and stain all over but at least there is no smell. The location is good and there are lots of restaurants around and the owner is nice and helpful.
