Voici l'avis réécrit avec l'ajout demandé : --- **Séjour globalement très bon, mais quelques points à améliorer** **Points positifs :** - Le personnel est exceptionnellement gentil, accueillant et serviable, partout dans l'hôtel. L'équipe d'animation est parfaite, avec un programme très riche et varié. Ils ont grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour mémorable. - La nourriture est incroyable, avec un large choix chaque soir : fruits de mer, poisson, viandes variées, salades et desserts très diversifiés. - L'hôtel est immense, avec de nombreux restaurants et bars, ainsi qu'une piscine gigantesque. On peut facilement y passer une semaine sans s'ennuyer. - L'emplacement est idéal, avec un accès direct à une plage paradisiaque. **Points négatifs :** - Les chambres sont basiques, équipées du strict nécessaire. Les serviettes étaient très usées et vieilles. - Certaines chambres sont situées très loin de l'ascenseur, ce qui a posé problème pour notre famille, en particulier avec une personne âgée utilisant une béquille et un bébé en poussette. Malgré une demande faite plusieurs jours avant notre arrivée, aucune solution n'a été proposée. De plus, pour un hôtel aussi grand et comptant des centaines de clients, il est inadmissible qu'il n'y ait qu'une seule chaise roulante disponible. C'est très insuffisant pour un établissement de cette envergure. - L'odeur de cigarettes dans plusieurs espaces de l'hôtel, notamment à la réception et dans les salons, est gênante, surtout pour les familles avec enfants. Bien que plusieurs réclamations aient été faites à la réception, il a fallu insister pour que des actions soient prises. - Les prix des extras en demi-pension sont exorbitants : une pizza à 40 dinars, un petit verre de thé aux pignons à 12 dinars, un soda à 7 dinars... Des prix bien supérieurs même à ceux d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Conclusion : 8/10 Malgré quelques inconvénients, je garde une très bonne impression de cet hôtel et je reviendrai certainement en formule All Inclusive. L'atmosphère est familiale, le service est impeccable, et l'emplacement est tout simplement parfait.

L’hôtel est bien placé  Le calme est présent ainsi que la tranquillité.  Seule chose que je reproche est la propreté des chambres.  Les équipements des chambres sont un peu vieux et mal entretenues ! Les baies vitrée ont du mal à s’ouvrir pour accéder au balcon ( du fait du manque d’entretien )  Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable !  Dans l’ensemble, je recommande cet établissement.

Ne mérite plus ses 4 étoiles ! Service médiocre, la nourriture n'est pas franchement fantastique.

Excellent hotel Je le recommande

The hotel reception is beautiful but the rest is pretty poor. For the most part the hotel is dirty and please do not take your own life in your hands and sit on the sofas poolside. The food is bland and about every 3 days it reverts back to what you started with. The staff..... Some are ok but since getting home my fiance has been constantly messaged asking for inappropriate images and videos of her. The beach is extremely beautiful. Don't waste your time paying for all inclusive as most of the hotel you have to pay for regardless of all inclusive.... All you get is 2 bars and a buffet restaurant that's it..... The beach and pool bars are pay only and spa and restaurants are pay only also. Evening shows are boring at best and all I heard from people is that they have upset stomachs including my fiance who spent 3 days in our hotel room unwell

We only booked this hotel as the wedding venue was 15minutes away. On first site it appeared beautiful, the main general areas and restaurants were lovely. Then you notice that the bedrooms are in need of upgrading, make sure you do not go bare foot. The buffet food is a bit hit and miss, so choose carefully. With exception of the chefs, the rest of the staff are indifferent. If you speak French you may get a better service. The pool was excellent. The large beds need replacing as they are mouldy and smell. Beach area is very good. We would never return here as if you go outside the complex it is dire.

Went here as all inclusive.... Restaurant was OK, food choice was repeated every 3 days... Will never understand people pushing in front piling their plates high then leaving the food uneaten... Not alot of choice at the bar either very two tier service from staff as the preferred to serve customers who were paying cash.... Only certain bars were open to all inclusive customers, children running around screaming until early hours most nights, hotel clean but needs updating bathrooms are rusty in places. Overall not the 4 star hotel more like a 3 star

Animation is really good and there is always something to do at Africa Jade Thallasso. Beach volleyball, stretching, aqua gym and the Animation team is very friendly and helpful. They are always on hand if you need them either at the beach, the pool or the restaurant. Amazing people.

Beautiful hotel and surroundings, can't fault it, gardeners out every single day working on them, never seen so much dedication to a hotel before, even the indoor part where the fish are! This hotel does have the wow factor as soon as you walk in, its lovely and the decor is beautiful, very clean also. Easy to change your money to Dinar (we used English sterling) at reception anytime of day, met with a smile each time, nothing was too much bother, you also put your towel deposit here and are given a card which you then take down to the beach bar/restaurant and hand it over for towel, here you have to pay for drinks etc but there is a bar at the pool that is all inclusive. The restaurant in the main building is lovely and open, the waiters work really hard and we were giving special treatment from a few and we had a table ready for us more than once which was fabulous. Food, something for everyone and good quality, what did annoy me was the amount of people filling their plates high and leaving a lot of food wasted, this to me should come with a charge and they should pay extra for that! I'm talking whole baguettes cut up and not even touched, lots of fruit piled high and wasted! The bedroom was spotless and our cleaner was in every single day cleaning, new towels, toilet roll etc, we didn't use the safe, she was very trustworthy as I felt like for all the staff to be honest. Animation team...... WOW WOW WOW... I dont think they stop, they are always there ..aqua pool aqua pool, maybe tomorrow....yes we saw the comedy show one night which was hilarious! well done to all! 10/10 big shoutout to TeeToff and Simba (do they sleep?) fantastic guys! All in all it was a great holiday for us and we are sure to be back ..! If you can tip it will be very much appreciated :)

The hotel’s vibe was amazing, the paintings, statues and decor was captivating and gave a sense of relaxation. A big thanks to the recreation team, especially Simba who was very friendly and invited us to the activities that were going on at the amphitheater.

The food was delicious with a lot of variety. The shows presented during the night were outstanding. The hotel’s vibe is relaxing. A lot of nature views. Very good service. Beautiful rooms. Definitely enjoyed my time. I would recommend this hotel 💯
