I thoroughly enjoyed my stay it was clean and quiet no disturbances. Only problem is l left my brand new liquid soap in the bathroom and the person who cleaned the room, didn’t turn it in! So I called the property and I was told many they thought it was trash and threw it away. Impossible!!! I just bought it and used it once. Soooooo I believe who ever cleaned the room kept it!!!!

They promote a indoor pool witch is what I wanted for my family multiple emails and text messages sent to me about checking in no one bothered to say the pool was out of service not even upon check in I'm very disappointed and so were my children

We only stayed for the evening. And had to leave before dawn. Not much time spent to give an accurate account of the property. Good quality for the price.

Shower drips, bathroom ceiling light has bulbs that are out. Nighttime window shade is crooked. One drawer doesn't fit tight. Room was very comfortable and well-appointed. Small details need attending to.

I picked this hotel because it was just outside the city. The hotel was clean and they were friendly. My only complaint is that I had to pay for parking and breakfast was $19 a person. After paying $400 for two nights, I think having to pay for breakfast is not good for business.

Clean and new hotel. All the amenities i wanted. The only negative: lighting in the room was not as bright as I'd like. Rashane at reception was very helpful and courteous when i needed help early morning.

It was a fine hotel. Bed and pillows were comfy. Pretty sure either someone came into my room while I was gone and turned the shower on or the shower just randomly turned on while I was away because the bathroom was flooded. Other than that, fine.

The room was nice but small (2 queen), in the description I saw it said the room had a sofa-bed but it didn't even have a real sofa (a chair sofa). That disappointment me. We also asked to have our garbage changed and more towels. The front said they'd see if they can because "they're almost done!" I went with a almost 2 year old, so.... We had a nice smell for two nights! Other than that it was good! They charge $100 a night deposit. But they say they give that back after we leave.

Great option at an affordable price. Great location. *Please make your sign larger in your parking garage. We circled a few times trying to find the hotel entrance.

This is a basic hotel. Needed some upkeep…hook in the bathroom coming out if the wall, tp holder loose in the wall, side table light not working, poor lighting all around. Just basic.

The mattress was plain awful. I There was a big hole on one side, and ut feels like I would get stuck in one area and couldn’t move around. I was there for two nights but could not sleep well at all.

I liked the fact that even though I didn’t have a pet it was pet friendly. Next time I can bring my pet. Next it was easy to find and next to a few restaurants, an organic supermarket, spa and movie theater. Parking was easy and accessible. Inside was clean and had a tv with a lounge area if you needed to wait or just wanted to get out your room for a bit. The front desk was courtesy and it was easy to check in and out. The rooms were average size and we had a front window with a decent view. It had a microwave and mini fridge which comes in handy. Rooms were clean when we arrived and had a nice closet space. The water got really hot which I enjoyed. I didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t included and you had to pay for a mid breakfast. I stayed for 4 days and my room wasn’t cleaned not one time. We had to put the trash bin in the hallway for it to get dumped. The staff wasn’t friendly at all. You walk by them and say “good morning “ they look at you like whatever. Other than that it was good. Hope this helps. I depend on reviews when I’m choosing a hotel to stay at.
