Nice hotel very central in Kolkata. Price/quality and service to customers is excellent. The room and bathroom are clean and of good size. Recommended!

Staff was helpful, location is convenient, beds comfy. WiFi sometimes was a little slow and hot water in the shower spare because of the boiler. Overall recommend staying here!

The location is in the city center, very convenient to various attractions, no problem with hygiene, the service staff are communicative and willing to improve, breakfast will be delivered to the room, and the portion is sufficient.

Excellent hotel with a very affordable price. It is centrally located and the staff is very friendly. Recommended!

I was stayed in room no-102. Few issues i want to address. There was not a single day room's cleaning during three days stayed. No ventilation in washroom also there was no sleepers for washroom. Not a single day took sound sleep bcz there was heavy noise coming from ac.

I was really impressed by the cleanliness and the room they provided was also in a very good condition and the hotel staff was always ready to help. But only thing I didn't liked that the almirah I was provided, there were little insects. Rest it was a decent and comfortable stay.

Afreen is a good hotel due to its location and price. Hotel overall was clean but rooms paints are affected and due to moistures are affected resulting in swampy smell.

No service. Doest listen to you if you want something. No proper dish to keep water covered. No working tv. No window space to open a little bit for breeze. Very poor service

Hotel is good. Rooms n toilet r clean. But need to add room services 1) break fast not up to the mark. Only 1 banana, 1 cup tea, 2 slice of bread, 1 boiled egg. Should add more variety for customers preferences. 2) no restaurant service. They get food from near by restaurants. There is limited items in menu. No choice in food selection need to improve n add hospitality.
