The room wasn't clean nor was the bedsheets or floor or towels. There were ants all across the floor and even in the washroom the shampoo soap wasn't clear. Ac ducts was not working at times and wifi was not at all working even after requesting multiple times

only intention to loot. Having booked 2 ac rooms, in both ac was not working, and were told to adjust without acs, staffs were not at all bothered and not they even provided the basic amenities and was a nightmare with worst service ever encountered in life time.

Value for money hotel. Pros- good food, location and ambience. Cons- parking is very very limited. Amenities such as television channels and internet are almost non existent. And if confronted for increase in channels, they straight forward deny it. Staff is courteous and polite in their known domain.

Horrible experience. It took them 45 mins to allocate room as owner/manager lock all room keys in a drawer and went somewhere. I had to change 3 rooms. First room no lights, washrooms all wet, second room window was broken. All of this took more than 1 hr. Rooms size are big but need lot of improvements/refurbishment. Beds n pillows are of sponge if u are use to better bedding then this is not the place. They switched off central ac in the middle of the night. Avoid this place, not worth it.

It was very comfortable place. I had early check in which hotel staff arranged properly. I had very short stay. Since i wanted to meet my girlfriend there, i wanted to see if the hotel is allowed for unmarried couple. I met my girlfriend in downtown, and left at evening. But i wanted to book a female friendly place and this hotel was great for that. Next time also i want to book this hotel to visit kolhapur.
