Nice hotel with all basic amenities in place, limited parking and conveniently located en route to mumbai

Good hotel for a short stay. Neat and clean. Supporting staff. Breakfast was ok. Location is good. Service was good.

Cleanliness wasn’t that great. Bathroom especially. In breakfast buffet food options were also less. In ala carte too they didn’t have anything.

Just a short night stay lacks service eagerness tv started after 2 hrs after check in no body wash or moisturizer hot water was problem and didn't get silence, repeated disturbing staff, sounds from neighbors room and accidentally try to open the room. Very annoying experience

Overall good experience, good vegetarian food, clean rooms and helpful staff. All staff members are cooperative. Very good service.

We have found this hotel through make my trip. We have selected this hotel based on the 4. 4 user rating. We are glad, the hotel deserves the rating as provided in the mmt.

The hotel location is good and has good restaurants around. The staff is very polite and helpful. Cons: Rooms are ok ok, we stayed at their biggest room/suite. One of the lights in our room was not working, overall we felt the room at night seems poorly lit. The property is old so don't expect much from the room, though the stay is comfortable. Pros: The staff is very polite, prompt and helpful.

The hotel is nice. It is quiet. Everything is near. There is parking. The service is very prompt. The rooms are clean. The breakfast and food are excellent. Raju Pawar (from Sidhudurg) provides very attentive and questioning service to the diners. The behavior of all the staff is very polite. Thanks to all the staff.
