Disappointing Experience at Hotel Madhuri Executive
Our recent stay at Hotel Madhuri Executive was far from what we expected, especially considering the amount we paid. Right from the start, we requested the room to be cleaned as soon as possible, but despite multiple reminders, the staff failed to do so. Basic requests like providing refill glasses and water were also ignored or poorly attended to.
The most shocking part of our stay was discovering five to six cockroaches in the bed and around the cupboard. Additionally, there were visible hair strands near the window area—clearly left behind by previous guests—which were not cleaned at all. This level of hygiene is completely unacceptable.
During checkout, we asked the bellboy to assist with our luggage. He simply brought it down and left it without helping to load it into the car. This lack of courtesy and service is disappointing, especially from a hotel that presents itself as a premium option.
Overall, the cleanliness, responsiveness, and hospitality were severely lacking. I sincerely hope the management looks into these issues seriously, as this is not the kind of experience any guest should have.
