Останавливались в этом отеле на три дня. Зеленая территория, ухоженная. Шикарный завтрак. Очень понравились шоты с имбирем. Разнообразие фруктов, хамон, лосось, зелень. Красивейший пляж и удобные лежаки. Так как это бунгало и отель утопает в зелени. ..был один маленький нюанс..к нам забежали несколько тараканов. Обратились к персоналу и тараканов убрали из номера. Есть ещё комары, надо быстро заходить в домик, чтоб их не запустить. А так отель прекрасен!

Perfektes Hotel, fur uns hat alles gepasst, Frühstück gut, Lage gut ins Zentrum (central) 5-10 min.direkter Strandlage, genug Liegen....und vorallen keine alten defekten, Personal super(birmaleute) aber super nett.

공항에서 가깝고 방도 좁지않고 깨끗했습니다 수영장도 2군대고 수영장 바로 앞이 바닷가가 왔다갔다 놀기 좋고 바닷가에서 놀다 수영장앞에 샤워기에서 모래털기 좋았습니다 아침조식도 잘나옵니다^^

A decent hotel, but for the price you'd expect much better. The photos don't really correspond to reality, the breakfast is correct but nothing more, the rooms are not clean enough. Far from a luxury hotel as you'd expect from the photos. We took a villa with a pool view which was more expensive than a normal villa, but really of no interest (see photo of “pool view”). Gym is not a gym.

It's frustrating when the actual room doesn't match the pictures or your expectations. Making a complaint to MakeMyTrip (MMT) should have resulted in a more satisfactory response. Unfortunately, it seems like you had to take matters into your own hands and upgrade the room by paying extra. While this resolved the issue, it's not ideal that you had to incur additional costs. - *Hotel Name:* Synergy Samui - *Issue:* Discrepancy in room size ( pictures showed a larger room, but the actual room was very small) - *MMT's Response:* Unsatisfactory, asking you to wait until check-out for a resolution - *Upgrade Cost:* Approximately ₹3,000/- INR

I stay Synergy Samui Villa Poolview with my family about 5 days everthing is very good wifi and breakfast and staff is friendly .The Beach is very nice clean and good Location My daughter go to the beach every day. She like too much .I hope to come back again

Beautiful quiet resort perfectly positioned on Chaweng Beach if you want to float in the sea . Small hotel with bungalows . Lots of green spaces and two pools. One pool shaded and one pool for sunning yourself. The staff are what makes this resort. From the reception , cleaning , pool and lovely breakfast ladies staff were amazing. Breakfast small buffet but good selection of Ferrell , salad including smoke salmon abs some fresh juice shots . All Thai staff and very helpful. Cannot wait to return next year
