Hotel yang bagus, pemandangan yang luar biasa dari kolam renang, minuman selamat datang saat kedatangan sangat lezat dan resepsionisnya sangat baik, kamarnya sangat besar dan bagus, tetapi menurut saya hotel ini perlu direnovasi, tetapi sudah tua dan ketinggalan zaman, tidak terlalu bersih, tetapi memiliki semua yang Anda butuhkan. Kami mendapat kamar yang dekat dengan lobi, yang bagus. Sarapan di restoran lumayan, tetapi tidak makan malam di sana. Anda bisa berjalan kaki ke pantai, yang sangat bagus. Lokasinya tidak bagus bagi kami, tetapi secara keseluruhan hotelnya bagus.

This is my first time traveling alone...and I could not have chosen a better place! I went all out and booked a Sea Front Pool Villa...and it was so worth it. Most beautiful view. Absolute relaxing vibe. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. I literally stayed there (my room with a pool/restaurant/pool for all guests) for three nights. It was just too great to leave. A wonderful start to my solo travels. Wow! Just wow! I hope I can come here again in the future.

Hotel is good location, easy to find and staff is nice also good service mind. One thing that I was not impressed that is no full body mirror at the room hahaha (I suggest to have it tho)

Lovely resort with lovely location. Very last one on this beach strip. Pros: lovely bool, friendly stuff, great breakfast, clean. Cons: little dated and little noisy (our room was just next to the street).

Nice place to relax and I will be back for sure!

So, I booked another Hotel on Trip.com, and got booked on this one. When I arrived, I made the Situation clear, that I want to cancel the Hotel, because it was just not in my likings. The rooms seem like they haven’t got worked on for at least 10 Years. The Location was directly on the street, but a few Kilometers away from anything. The reiceiptonist and the Manager had no feelings for my Situation, and I didnt got anything back… so for me it was a no brainer not to Stay there. And Like I Said, I didnt get ANYTHING back or got another Option.

I booked the pool villa. The villa itself is gorgeous and clean. The space is huge! View from the bedroom in the morning is lovely. However it was the rainy season so I couldn’t check out the gym. The breakfast buffet was normal. Location wise it was far from the main beach but they provide shuttle van at some certain timings.

I recommend this hotel! Their service is good. I have made a request to put happy birthday banner in our room coz its a surprise for my husband and they made it happen. Thank you 🙏🏻  Somethings for improvement: The internet connection in the room is intermittent. I think the kettle and sofa need replacement/ new upholstery already.  And maybe a bigger tv. Coz the room is big but the tv is tiny. Maybe better options for the breakfast buffet.  But our overall stay with Sarann was great. And yes, I will book it again if we return to Samui.

Excellent hotel would definitely go again room was wonderful almost like a four poster bed with wonderful shower and hot tub should have booked a room we've seen you that's all I would say book basically it's in between lamai and North c h a w e n g

Our stay at The Sarann was a complete disaster and ruined the end of our honeymoon. The room we were given was in appalling condition: loose floorboards, dirt on the walls, thick dust, insects, an unsecured tap, and loud, relentless road noise from Highway 4169—the busiest and noisiest road on the island, which the room backs directly onto. The Jacuzzi was unusable, placed in a dark, mosquito-infested outdoor alley, adding to the overall sense of neglect and discomfort. The room was so dark and oppressive that it felt like a prison. Worse, when we raised these concerns with reception, the staff were unhelpful, claiming no other rooms were available and promising that the manager would be available the next day—only for us to later discover the manager wouldn’t be available for another month. We felt lied to and abandoned by the hotel staff. Forced to find alternative accommodations on the same night, we were lucky to move to a much better hotel nearby. However, the stress, extra expenses, and the complete lack of service at The Sarann left us deeply disappointed. We urge other travelers to avoid this hotel at all costs. The condition, noise, service, and dishonesty are unacceptable. It is shocking that The Sarann has good reviews on some platforms, as our experience suggests otherwise. Spend your money elsewhere; this place is a nightmare.

Tired venue, but staff are priceless. Accommodation clean. extra activities hireage bikes, cars.

Very nice stay! Great staff. Not a lot of space to park cars.

Amazing place, amazing stuff and amazing view! Our room was so nice and clean and very peaceful. The location is a little problem for those who don’t rent a car or vespa . Breakfast must be better for a good hotel like that . Will come back for sure:)

Pros: The swimming pool is beautiful You can walk along Chaweng noi beach The circular bath in the jacuzzi room was nice The hotel cats🐱 Cons: The room smelled old and musty. Lots of uneven wooden slats on the room floor. Very old furniture- could maybe do with updating (the photos are definitely from a long time ago) The location doesn’t allow for you to walk anywhere close by (other than the places along the beach) as it is on the main road The hotel gym was small (which is fine) but the equipment was very old, worn and nothing to wipe down the machines with. The treadmill wasn’t great- cannot run on it 😂
