Nice hotel some great views from the pool welcome drink on arrival was very tasty and girl at reception was very nice, the rooms was very big and nice but would say it definitely needs a revamp but old and dated , wasn't the cleanest to be fair but had everything you need we had a room close to the lobby which was good , breakfast at restaurant was ok didn't eat dinner there you can walk down to the beach which was great. The location wasn't great for us but overall nice hotel

Don’t let the photos deceive you. Rooms were dated and weird sound in the toilet whole night, not to mention the room were closed to the main road so it is not quiet at all. . We stayed two nights there. Air cond didn’t work as the room was too large for the capacity of the air conditioner. I informed the front desk and she asked the technician to have a look’ and he said this room had problem. Finally she changed us to another room. . At 42 degrees C outside we expect to get a chilled air conditioning room ready but it was not. It took 5 hours to get the lower temperature we want. Btw, look at photos of air con filter.! It was filthy. That might be the reason why it wasn’t cool. Temp control didn’t work!! That is serious when you come to Thailand where the average temp is always above 35 C and you need air conditioning room for a good sleep. The hotel located far away from everything in Samui. No restaurant nearby means you have to depend on their restaurant which is super pricy and Food is not delicious Hotel doesn’t have beach. It is rocky all over. Tiny swimming pool and there was nobody swimming. It looks sad and lonely. . With same price you could get much better in Chaweng area. I am local Thai and trust me this hotel doesn’t worth it. After 2 nights here we booked and stayed with another hotel in Chaweng and it was a paradise!! We end up staying 14 nights there and walking distance to everything. We inform the front desk and she knew everything and said will report to the manager. Obviously the manager didn’t care because there will be other foreigners being attracted by lower price. It’s up to you. Definitely I won’t go back there even they give me free room. Hope the management read my comments

I had a good night's sleep with a comfy pillow & quilt. The shower was nice & hot. Breakfast was plentiful & delicious. Service was excellent by all staff. I only had one night stay so didnt use all the amenities available such as the pool , gym & spa.

Finally a hotel which airconditioning didn’t bother me. Room are big, and clean. Price & value is good.

Everything fine and nice service

Hotel stay was great. Room service was average luke warm food. Bedroom was clean and private pool was good. Would stay again

An amazing place! I opted for the sea view bungalow and whilst it was quite expensive for the area, it is genuinely one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. Great service, beautiful room and surroundings, private infinity pool and outside area. Recommended!

Good place for spending quiet holidays

Everything was ok except for the AC in the room is maybe a little too small for a room of that size. Was feeling warm through the nights Otherwise everything is alright

Nice and luxury hotel. Amazing spacious rooms, and, for Thai standards, quite comfortable beds. The infinity pool is not very deep and therefore not really cool, but the view is amazing and it's a nice place to relax. If you walk down the hotel there's a quiet and nice beach. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is fine (packed bread - not fresh, some plastic ham and cheese, but also fresh fruit and an egg station, which are very nice). Room is not really clean. But cleaning services daily make up the bed, provide new towels and wipe the floors. The location was ideal for me, close to the beach and the Muay Thai gym where I trained. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived and got checked in fairly easily, giving us a big room and helping us with our bags. The main issue with the room was that there are huge windows that have a lot of light coming in even at night and there are no curtains to make it dark. Also the AC unit is very noisy so we had to use ear plugs and an eye mask to get a good night's sleep. Room did have a nice Jacuzzi inside and was spacious for the two of us.

It was amazing vacation there! All is perfect, only food in restaurant was in not my own taste (IMHO, it is not Thai cuisine) Very nice room, big, designed in Thai wood style, with big bathroom and outside jacuzzi. Staff is very friendly, location is very good, amazing view from pool side and restaurant. I think I will visit this place again and again.

A beautiful and clean villa with a jacuzzi. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We rent a scooter and could go anywhere, if you stay at the Sarann you can rent a scooter at the hotel, this is needed because the location is a little bit far from everything. Also the food is good at the restaurant, while eating enjoy the beautiful view at the beach. We had a lovely stay!
