Ulasan Chaweng Bliss Bungalow

Nice little hotel right on the southern end of Chaweng beach.

Pros: quite a good location, peaceful beach and very serene atmosphere, two friendly ladies at reception Cons: I spent at the place less then 12h and got a text on WhatsApp from the hotel reservation manager(!!!) Aoffy , who without any explanation said they’d check me out the next morning instead of 4 nights since there was a mistake with the booking and the price I payed was lower than it should be. He also said- we were generous enough to check you in (!!!) “because it was late and you are a lady”, not because I paid! Ridiculous service and attitude, I booked the place 9 days in advance and since I used to work in hospitality before, I know that they were supposed to check my booking including the room rate, if there was any problem with it, they were supposed to contacted Trip or ******* and solve it upfront, instead of not throwing their back office problems onto their guests! He was very rude and definitely under qualified for this position. He was attacking and annoying me on WhatsApp, I asked him to send me a formal email with the explanation and contact details of their GM and he disappeared. 6h later Trip finally solved the problem and I stayed there for three more nights but the impression was ruined and I just didn’t feel welcome there. It also felt like there was no enough stuff at the restaurant, sometimes you’d have to go to reception to ask for someone to come over and sell you a bottle of water.

При заселении в отель на ресепшен сказали что  не видят мое бронирование и их отель не работает с Трип и либо платите ( номера есть ) или это не ее проблемы. Звонить в поддержку в это время было нельзя, так как по Москве ночь. Через минут сорок пока я пыталась самостоятельно что то выяснить, ресепшен  сказала  что бронь уже  видит, а оплату нет ) еще не ноги седых волос на голове пока она звонила в свою подножку - оплату увидели заселили, но настроение было подпорчено на ровном месте. Что это было - я так и не поняла, то ли некомпетентность ресепшен , так как Трип бронирует не напрямую, а через другие сайты типа Агода, и мою бронь она нашла на сайте о котором я не слышала , либо была ошибка В Трип , неизвестно. Отель очень средний скорее эконом класса .

Хороший отель, но дорого для него. Все старенькое, но место очень хорошее. Завтраки бедные

รีสอร์ตสวยมาก ทำเลดีติดชายหาด ชอบต้นมะพร้าวมาก มองออกไปทะเลมีต้นมะพร้าวคือสวยแบบสุดๆ เงียบสงบ ว่ายน้ำในสระว่ายน้ำ ร้านค้าเหมือนเปิดแค่อาหารเช้า อาหารมีตามมี ตามเกิด บางวันเลือกไม่ได้ กินเท่าที่มี ขอหักเรื่องอาหารแล้วกันค่ะ เรื่องอื่นดีหมดหิวน้ำ หิวข้าวไม่รู้จะสั่งกับใคร ต้องซื้อน้ำและอาหารเข้าไปกินเอง

Проживаю здесь уже 4 дня. Местоположение супер !!! Для тех ищет спокойный размеренный отдых - сюда. Я живу в вилле с видом на море ⛵. Шикарный вид с террасы и даже м номера. Конечно дороговато. Отель старенький. Стараются видно. Идёт ремонт в отдельных домиках. На соседней территории тоже стройка. Немного шумновато , но вид моря все перекрывает. Хороший бассейн. Рядом все в шаговой доступности, как кафе, рестораны, много спа салонов, обменники(не очень выгодный курс, самый хороший обменник рядом со входом на центральный пляж, синенький) завтраки и меню в ресторане не большое, но выбрать можно, если не хочешь выходить в жару на улицу. В номере чистенько, убираются. Рядом супер маркет и фруктовая палатка !!! Пляж шикарный, народу нет, спокойно . Советую!!! Есть еще недорогие номера и виллы с видом на сад.

It’s my seventh time in Koh samui and chaweng bliss Bungalow has been my favorite accomodation so far. The rooms are pretty and very clean. The surroundings are Beautiful as well as the Pool area. The staff is super friendly and they have tasty Food also. The Location is very close to the City and Everything is available by walking distance. I‘d come back anytime. You can feel that this place is run with love. It deines through… Sabina

First of all I´d like to underline that hotel staff at the property itself is very friendly and respectful. This rating in NOT related to staff at frontdesk, restaurant or cleaning team. However, a clear warning about their reservation responsible! Booked room three month in advance and received confirmation. Two days before arrival I received message that the price offered before was not enough, so I would be downgraded. I was recommended to cancel the booking instead, which I refused. I insisted on booked room. Then I was told that my room was already occupied and was again requested to cancel booking, which I again refused. Obviously my room was sold for better quote and I was not welcomed any longer. After very rude conversation by hotel reservation I was offered an upgrade for double price. Unacceptable! Nevertheless I took this pill and paid double price for 5 nights (....pls. note, it´s impossible to get anything reasonable in Samui in beginning of Jan. without advanced reservation). Just two days after I was accused canceling the room and asked to check out immediately. Of course I didn´t canceled it and with the support of Agoda I was able to prove it. Cancelation was done by hotel reservation responsible... but that´s still not the end, as then I was forced to pay total amount in cash instead card. Reason, I was not considered as trustful any longer. In all the year of traveling I never experienced such an outrageous behavior by a hotel. During my stay I also met other guest who experienced similar. So please be aware of the un unprofessionalism like this reservation responsible.

Well as we have been living in samui for a month at least we have been in many hotels. But this one is one of the best Hotel around samui (esp in Chaweng beach). All conditions satisfied us. Bungalows and rooms all together were clean Location is absolutely amazing if you want to relax on beach, you need just walk a couple of step and then you are on a beach. Actually the staff who’s working here is absolutely understandable persons and lovely. Pleasantly to speak with them. Swimming pool is clean as my body and you can watching out towards the ocean and relax. Overall, this is a best hotel that we’ve even visited in Thailand especially in samui island. I would strongly recommend you guys to visit this amazing hotel. All conditions to you with a lovely staff. Thank youuu

Gorgeous part of the beach away from all the crowds but with enough services right on the doorstep to keep one comfortable. They messed up my booking so beware that they tend towards communication issues. Wifi wasn’t good but functioned for simple things. The bungalows are older but nice and the AC works well.

Amazing pool and beach area which was always quiet which we loved. The staff were very friendly and happy to help, booked us a taxi to the airport and let us check out late. The bungalow was a bit basic inside but perfect for just sleeping in. Only downside was the lack of staff around the pool bar however we didn’t mind :) great for a budget hotel on the beach
